Fold the Bermuda Bay card in half. Place it vertically on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface.
Mount the little fish wrapped in a bow image from the Party Puffins Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Bermuda Bay Pad. Stamp it all around the edges of the card front. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Let some of the images go off the edges. Change the orientation of the stamp a little each time. Clean the stamp using the Stampin' Scrub and Stampin' Mist and/or Simply Shammy. Leave the stamp on the block.
Ink up the little fish wrapped in a bow image on Block A using the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. Stamp the little fish three times on the thin strip of white cardstock. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Leave a little space between each image.
Adhere the two rectangles of Snail Mail Designer Paper to the centers of the two Real Red rectangles.
Adhere the matted blue designer paper rectangle to the front of the stamped card at an angle as shown.
Adhere the matted white with multicolor dashed lines designer paper rectangle to the front of the stamped card at an angle as shown so it overlaps the first matted rectangle.
Unlock the Banners Pick A Punch. Slide one short edge of the Daffodil Delight strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go and get it centered. Punch. Repeat with the other end of the strip. Leave the punch unlocked.
Hold the unlocked Banners Pick A Punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide one short edge of the thin Real Red strip into the side of the punch with the inward notched top. Get it centered. Punch. Repeat with the other end of the strip.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Party Puffins Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the punched yellow strip.
Adhere the thin, punched red strip to the back of the stamped, punched yellow strip using Stampin' Dimensionals so it is centered and the ends stick out a bit as shown.
Remove the protective backings from the Stampin' Dimensionals and adhere the layered sentiment punch outs to the front of the card so the overlap the bottom of the angled, matted designer paper rectangles as shown.
Mount the puffin with a party hat on image from the Party Puffins Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of the remaining white rectangle.
Put the stamped puffin on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in the end of the puffin's beak, his feet and legs, and two of the dots on his party hat.
Use the Dark Real Red Stampin' Blends to color in the rest of the puffin's beak, the remaining two dots on his party hat, and the pompom on top of his party hat.
Use the Dark Bermuda Bay Stampin' Blends to color in the rest of the puffin's party hat.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends if needed to remove excess color.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out the colored puffin image by hand.
Adhere the cut out puffin to the front of the card so his one foot is just tucked under the top of the sentiment banner on the left side and his tail overlaps the left edge of the matted, striped designer paper rectangle a bit.
Put the stamped line of fish on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.

Use the Dark Real Red and Dark Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends to color in the bows on the fish.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out by hand the three colored fish.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere two of the fish to the card front just to the right of the puffin's upper foot.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the remaining fish to the front of the card so it overlaps the other two fish a bit.
Use the Dark Real Red Stampin' Blends to color over one of the small Purple Posy dots on the sheet of Playing With Patterns Resin Dots.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up a large Crushed Curry dot, a medium Coastal Cabana dot, and the colored small dot from the sheet of Playing With Patterns Resin Dots making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them in a rough triangle to the upper right corner of the matted, striped designer paper rectangle as shown.
