T hree different variations of coloring and using the Peaceful Poppies Suite from Stampin' Up!
Stamp your Poppies in Momento black ink
Once they are stamped onto watercolor paper or shimmer paper you can start coloring them in. You choose your colors. I used in mine Poppy Parade, Mango Melody, Calypso Coral, and Gorgeous Grape.
Once you have them Colored I drew in stems with Mossy Meadow Stampin' Write Marker or blends.
Take Pacific Point ink and a sponge and sponge all-around your poppies. Be sure to leave the top with a white spot.
Use Night of Navy and a sponge to sponge at the bottom of your poppies. Just so that it is dark as the night. Only on one side at the bottom.
Once you have that done use the splatter stamps in the Painted Poppies to put color in the background in all the colors that you used.
I used in some of my Poppies some clear drying glue to give the appearance of water. I also added bling to the project.
If you have decided to add the butterflies and the bee's you can stamp and color them now. For the Butterflies I colored them with the watercolor pencils and used wink of Stella to blend the color and give shimmer to them.
