Cutting:
5 x 3 3/4 Watercolor Paper
8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Mint Macaroon Cardstock
4 x 5 1/4 Tranquil Tide Cardstock
3 3/4 x 5 Frosted Floral Specialty DSP
3 1/2 x 3 1/2 Wood Textures DSP
2 1/4 x 2 Whisper White Cardstock
Watercolor Wash:
Add a drop of Tranquil Tide Ink to the top of your Tranquil Tide ink pad.
Add s drop of Blueberry Bushel ink to the top of your Blueberry Bushel ink pad.
Using an Aqua Painter, add a drop of water to the top of the ink pad and draw in some of the ink you dropped. Pick up the watered ink with the aqua painter and color the bottom of your watercolor paper. Add a bit more ink as you move to the center of the paper to get gradually darker color.
Do the same with the Blueberry Bushel using the lighter shade towards the top and deepening it as you approach the Tranquil Tide color.
Coat the entire piece of paper so you have enough for both the circle and from the green at the bottom the label.
Preparation:
Cut out the 2 3/4" Layering Circle from the colored watercolor paper.
Stamp the saying in Blueberry Bliss on the tranquil tide section of the watercolor paper.
Cut out with the Label Die from the Night Owl Thinlets.
Cut out the branch from the Wood Textures Paper.
Cut out the Owl from the Whisper White Cardstock.
Cut a 7" piece of ribbon angling the edge.
Assembly:
Adhere the DSP to the Tranquil Tide Cardstock.
Adhere the ribbon - folding in over and making sure to adhere the two sections together where it will be under the circle.
Using dimensionals add the circle and the label.
Using the fine tip glue pen, adhere the branch to the circle (add a small dimensional to the branch where it extends beyond the circle) and then add the owl.
Adhere the completed card front to the card base.
