cut cardstock as follows:
Whisper White 4.25x11", score at 2.75 and 5.5 on the long side.(cut one)
White embossed panels:
2,25x3.75" (cut two)
3.75x5" (cut one)
Scrap of white for punched sentiment 1.5x3"
Night of Navy folding panel:
3.5"x 8.25" score at 2" & 4.25"
Night of Navy layering panels
2.5"x4" (cut 2)
4"x5.25" (cut 1)
Silver foil: 4.25"x5.5"
Score Emboss the 3 white panels with the Holly embossing folder. Adhere to the Navy panels of corresponding size,
Attach all 3 panels to front of the long white scored panel.
cut both city scape scenes and the twinkling star piece from silver metallic foil paper, they will fit if you space them right,
Take the scored blue panel and temporarily position the silver diecut pieces on it while you stamp with small stars in either silver Encore metallic ink or white craft ink.
Once you have stamped the stars, put the silver diecuts aside (there is no photo for this step)Now lay the star stamped blue panel onto the white folding base panel (the one with embossed panel pieces) and adjust as needed for it to fit properly in the card and allow it to open and close with equal borders (approx. 1/8th") on the sides and bottom. Then carefully peel off adhesive backing and apply the blue panel to the folded card. (my photo is a little off center..sorry!)
card should now look like this, this is top view looking down
you're almost done! Now attach the silver foil diecuts to line up near the bottom of the blue folding panel. They will be a little longer than the scored panel pieces so I attached mine so the middle./inside edges were flush with the blue panel and trimmed off any excess on the outside edges of the card. I used dimensionals to attch them on my first attempt which made them a little bulky for mailing so you could also use more Tear 'n Tape (ScorTape) if you want them flatter. Either works as long as it's strong adhesive.
Now stamp Mary and Joseph and the donkey on white cardstock scrap using Dapper Denim ink and diecut.
Stamp Blessed Christmas wishes image on a scrap of white and punch out with the Everyday Label punch.
I attached the tag with flat adhesive near top center of the left of the blue panel so it shows when card is closed and put the star at top right of blue panel so it looks like the Holy Family is following the star, it will be covered when card is closed but will show nicely when card is opened. To attach both the star and the Holy Family I used mini dimensionals. ScorTape works as well but I liked the dimension.
who could forget to stamp the envelope?
