You will need Lovely Lips Stick cardstock cut
4-1/4" x 11" scored at 5-1/2". Scraps of Lovely Lipstick Cardstock for the heart die cutting. Basic Black Cardstock cut to 4" x 5-1/4" and another piece cut to 1-1/2" x 2-3/4". Whisper White Cardstock cut to 3-3/4" x 5" and another at 1-1/4" x 2-1/2". A 6" piece of 1/2" Lovely Lipstick Ribbon.
Grab the Big Shot and from the Be Mine Stitched Framelits dies cut out the 3rd scalloped heart (it is the middle heart) 2x. Save the outer stitched portion for another project, we will be using the inner heart portion. Now die cut the Lacey heart 3x.
Attach one lacey heart to the front center of the front Whisper White panel. Fold the 2 solid hearts and 1 lacey heart in half (I found it helpful to use the score board to score down the center of each, particularly the lacey heart). Glue the folded ends together with the lacey heart sitting in the middle. Hold all hearts together with a couple of clips and allow to dry.
While the heart is drying, attach the Lovely Lipstick ribbon on the Whisper White panel just under the Lacey heart already attached. Now put together the sentiment banner. From the Meant to Be stamp set, stamp the "Just for you" Sentiment in Staz-on Jet Black ink, stalying closer to the right edge on the smallest piece of Whisper White. Snip the clear end of the sentiment panel to form the angled edges by snipping up the center roughly 1/2" then from the corners to the center point. Attach to Basic Black sentiment banner matte and snip the end to outline the angled edges of the White panel. Attach the constructed sentiment banner at an agle over the ribbon and beside the lacey heart. Attach the final piece of Whisper White Cardstock to the inside of the card and then adhere the final Lacey heart die cut to the bottom right corner.
Adhere the Whisper White front panel (still minus the 3D heart and sentiment) to the Basic Black Panel. Then attach the combo to the front of the Lovely Lipstick Card base.
Check on your 3D heart, it should be mostly dry and ready to be attached to the card front. Run a line of liquid glue down the center of the Lacey heart adhered to the front of the card point to point. Remove the clips from the 3D heart, and place the folded edges into the line of liquid glue. Hold the 3D heart in place for a few moments so all edges have the opportunity to soak up the glue. Set it aside and let it dry completely.
