Cut cardstock, designer paper, and foil sheets pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Whisper White Thick Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic Black Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" of large black script words in various languages on white background design from Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 2-3/4" x 3" of small white script words in various languages on black background design from Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/4" x 3" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 2 pieces each 1" x 3" from Silver Foil Sheets
- 5/8" x 4-1/2" of Basic Black Cardstock
Adhere large rectangle of Merry Music Specialty Designer Series Paper to large rectangle of Basic Black Cardstock and then to front of Whisper White Thick card.
Mount the drummer boy image from the Musical Season Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Basic Black Archival Ink Pad and stamp in the center of the 2-1/4" x 3" white rectangle.
Unlock the Decorative Ribbon Border Punch. Slide one long side of one of the 1" strips of Silver Foil Sheets into the punch so it butts up against the guide at the back of the punch. Punch. Slide the punched cardstock over a little bit and line up the punched area with the silver design printed on the base of the punch. Punch again. Repeat until the entire length has been punched. Repeat with the other long strip of Silver Foil Sheets.
Tip: I sometimes find it easier to line things up with this punch if I turn the punch over so I can see the punching area. I then line up the punched areas with the designs of the punch before punching again.
Adhere the punched strips of Silver Foil Sheets to the left and right sides of the stamped drummer boy rectangle so the tiny scallops just peek out from behind the white layer.
Adhere the drummer boy/silver foil sheets rectangle to the center of the small piece of black designer paper.
Loop some Black Metallic Thread around your fingers a few times and cut loose from the spool.
Put some SNAIL Adhesive on the back of the black designer paper. Adhere the metallic thread in loops to the back so they will stick out to the lower right side when the image is right side up.
Adhere the drummer boy/designer paper layer with metallic thread attached to the left side of the card front so the top is about 1/4" from the top of the white designer paper layer and the left side is about 3/4" in from the left side of the white designer paper layer.
Cut a 4-1/2" piece of Silver 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon so it is angled on both ends.
Put a small horizontal strip of SNAIL Adhesive across the center of the bottom of the drummer boy rectangle.
Adhere the piece of ribbon to the SNAIL so it sticks out on either side of the drummer boy/designer paper layer.
Rub the Embossing Buddy across the strip of Basic Black Cardstock.
Mount the "Peace Joy Love" sentiment on Block H. Ink it up with the VersaMark Pad. Stamp it in the center of the black strip.
Lay the stamped cardstock rectangle on top of the Grid Paper in the center. Sprinkle on some White Stampin' Emboss Powder so it covers all the VersaMark stamped sentiment. Tap off excess powder. Return the excess powder to the container to use again later.
Tip: If desired, you can use a small paintbrush to remove any embossing powder that stuck anywhere you don't want it.
Heat the powder with the Heat Tool until it is completely melted (smooth and shiny).
Unlock the Banner Triple Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide one end of the sentiment strip into the punch until you can see the end of the sentiment image. Pull the strip back out just a tiny bit, make sure the strip is centered in the punching area, and punch. Repeat with the other side of the sentiment strip.
Adhere the punched sentiment strip to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals so it is centered over the drummer boy/designer paper layer and just overlaps the top of the ribbon piece.
Add three large Rhinestone Basic Jewels randomly to the card front.
