Merry Cafe - Christmas Cheer |
U sing the Merry Cafe stamp set and the coordinating dies I made this cute card for that special someone who LOVES their coffee/tea/frappe's!! Warning: there is a lot of die cutting for this card!

Stamp the coffee cup on the Whisper White Layer & a scrap of DSP with Archival Basic Black ink.
Stamp the small leaf in the middle of the cup with Garden Green ink.
Stamp "Christmas Cheer" in Cherry Cobbler ink.
**TIP** I've found that the ink gets caught in the coffee sleeve die & it can be difficult to clean, so you can stamp it after you die-cut if you wish.
Arrange die-cuts as shown & run through the Big Shot. Make sure you leave at least 1/4" edge.
**TIP**this is a great way to save paper. This layer will be hidden so don't worry!
Layer 1 after die cutting. Adhere to card base.
Your pieces after die-cutting from Layer 1.
Stamp & die-cut a lid in Cherry Cobbler, the coffee cup from the DSP & another coffee sleeve in Garden Green.
Stamp "Christmas Cheer" (if you haven't already) with Cherry Cobbler on Whisper White coffee sleeve and "a happy new year" with Basic Black on Garden Green coffee sleeve. Adhere cups.
Stamp Burlap background in Crumb Cake on Layer 2 and adhere on Layer 1.
Add dimensionals to the back of your pieces.
String mini jingle bell and tag to Cherry Cobbler twine. I used probably 3".
Adhere the twine to the back of the coffee cup dimensionals.
Arrange coffee cups with lid and foam as desired. I tucked the foam piece slightly underneath the Christmas Cheer cup.
Add Clear Wink of Stella to foam as desired.
I originally did just around the edge, but decided I liked it better fully covered.
You're done!
