Meow Mates Thank You Kitties

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic Black Cardstock
   - 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
   - 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock
   - 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
   - 2" x 3" from Very Vanilla Cardstock

2. Mount the Meow Mates stamp on Block F. Leave the stamp rubber side up on your work surface and press the open Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad all over it.

3. Leave the stamp inky rubber side up on your work surface. Carefully place the 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" vanilla rectangle vertically across the center of the vertical inky stamp. Place a piece of Grid Paper on top of the cardstock/inky rubber and rub firmly all over. Remove the Grid Paper and the inked up cardstock rectangle.

4. Re-ink the Meow Mates stamp on Block F with the rubber side up on your work surface by pressing the open Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad all over the upper left corner.

5. Leave the stamp inky rubber side up on your work surface. Carefully place the 2" x 3" vanilla rectangle horizontally across the upper left corner of the vertical inky stamp. Place a piece of Grid Paper on top of the cardstock/inky rubber and rub firmly all over. Remove the Grid Paper and the inked up cardstock rectangle.

6. Adhere the stamped 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" vanilla rectangle to the center of the Basic Black rectangle.

7. Cut a 4-3/4" piece of the Black & Very Vanilla 3/8" Large Check Ribbon.

8. Lay the ribbon across the bottom of the matted cat stamped rectangle so it is about 1-5/8" from the bottom. Fold the ends of the ribbon over and secure the ribbon in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.

9. Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add Stampin' Seal to the back of the black rectangle. Adhere to the front of the Cherry Cobbler card.

10. Unlock the To The Point Label Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" vanilla strip into the punching area and get it centered. Punch. Repeat with the 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" Cherry Cobbler strip.

11. As you are ready to stamp using the Bright Borders Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.

12. Mount the "thank you" sentiment from the Bright Borders Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp the sentiment in the center of the vanilla label punch out so the straight edges of the punch out are on the top and bottom and the sentiment is closer to the top edge.

13. Place the small vanilla strip with images of the cats from the upper left corner of the stamp on some Grid Paper. Use the Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker to color over black areas on two of the cats to make the areas darker and to add additional black areas where desired. Use the Wild Wheat Stampin' Write Marker to color in the cats' eyes. Use the Moody Mauve Stampin' Write Marker to color in the cats' noses.

14. Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out the colored cats by hand.

15. Adhere the cat cut outs to the bottom of the sentiment stamped vanilla label punch out as shown. Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut off any excess along the bottom edge as needed.

16. Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut the Cherry Cobbler label punch out in half vertically so the pointed edges are on the sides.

17. Adhere the cut pieces of the Cherry Cobbler label punch out behind the stamped and layered vanilla label punch out as shown so about 1/8" of red shows on the left and right sides of the vanilla label punch out.

18. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the layered label punch out to the bottom right side of the card front so it is centered over the ribbon.

19. Cut a 3" piece of the Black & Very Vanilla 3/8" Large Check Ribbon.

20. Slide one end of the ribbon under the ribbon already on the card front. Tie the ribbon in place with a half knot so it is centered between the left side of the card and the left side of the label punch out. Trim the ends.
