Adhere the dry embossed Highland Heather rectangle to the front of the Soft Sea Foam card.
Cut a 4-1/2" piece of Silver 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon across the matted, dotted white/designer paper rectangle so it covers the seam between the dotted white layer and the designer paper. Secure the ribbon in place on the back with strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape pieces and add SNAIL to the back of the Soft Sea Foam rectangle. Adhere the rectangle to the center of the front of the card.
If you haven't already done so, cut out the large flower with leaves from the Flowering Foils Specialty Designer Series Paper using Paper Snips. Cut off any berry stems.

Use Stampin' Dimensionals and Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the colored flower cut out to the front of the card so it overlaps the ribbon on the left side of the matted, dotted white/designer paper rectangle.
As you are ready to stamp using the Make A Difference Photopolymer Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
One at a time, mount the numbers and ordinal words you need to spell out a birthday from the Make A Difference Set on Block A. Ink them up with the Highland Heather Ink Pad and stamp them in the center of one end of the long white strip until you have spelled out the birthday. If you prefer, you can mount all the numbers and the ordinal word on the block at the same time so you can ink them up once and stamp once. Just remember to spell things out backwards on the stamp so it stamps properly when you turn the block over to stamp with it.
Tip: If you have trouble finding the right number or ordinal word, try inking up the entire sheet of stamps and stamping onto a piece of white or vanilla cardstock. Use this as a reference to help you find the letter you want to use. Keep the stamped sheet image in the case with the stamp set to use on future projects as well.
Unlock the 1" Circle Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped birthday into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Pick out the scalloped circle die from the Layering Circles Dies that cuts out a scalloped circle that is 1-3/16" diameter. Put it on top of the Soft Sea Foam square on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Run through the tool.
Adhere the birthday circle punch out to the center of the Soft Sea Foam scalloped circle cut out.
Use SNAIL and a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the matted birthday circle to the front of the card so it overlaps the large flower cut out on the right side and is centered over the ribbon.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of Silver 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon.
Slide one end of the ribbon under the ribbon already on the card just to the right of the matted birthday circle. Tie in place with a half knot. Trim the ends.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 2 Soft Sea Foam sequins from a sheet of Basic Adhesive-Backed Sequins making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere one to the center of the large flower cut out and adhere the other in the upper right corner of the dotted white rectangle.
