Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" from Tangerine Tango Cardstock
- 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Cardstock
Place the white rectangle on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image as you stamp with the Lovely Friends Photopolymer Set.
Mount the "Oh So Lucky" sentiment from the Lovely Friends Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Tangerine Tango Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle.
Pick out the label framelit from the Lots of Labels Framelits that cuts out a 15/16" wide label. Place the stamped sentiment on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the label framelit on top so it is centered over the sentiment. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.

Adhere the white sentiment label cut out to the center of the Tangerine Tango label cut out.
Use the 1/8" Handheld Circle Punch to punch a hole in the top of the labels. Shift the punch slightly and punch again to get a slightly larger hole.
Put some chocolate poker chips or coins in a small cello bag.
Cut a 6" piece of Pacific Point 1/4" Stitched-Edge Ribbon.
Tie the ribbon around the gathered top of the cello bag in a half knot.
Slide one end of the ribbon through the hole in the top of the labels from the back side. Tie a knot in the ribbon to hold the tag in place. Trim the ends of the ribbon.
Pick out one of the Dapper Denim shapes from the 2016-2018 In Color Glitter Acrylic Shapes. Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere it to the center of the bottom of the tag.
