This card base turns out really cool by flicking the color onto the whisper white piece.
I put some reinker in a paint tray and added some water. Dip the end of an aqua painter or paint brush in it and tap the handle on your finger. This will flick the color around on the paper. I used two different colors, bermuda bay and old olive. Flick wherever you need to get your desired look.
Run a 1 3/4 x 4 1/4 piece of Bermuda Bay cardstock thru the big shot using the "seaside" embossing folder. Adhere that a little bit above centered.
Pop the coral pieces out of the vellum and then adhere that vellum to old olive cardstock. Glue that down, centering it on the bermuda bay panel.
Using dimensionals on a glittery starfish, place that in the middle of the vellum. Make a bow with the twine and stick that on by the starfish with a glue dot.
Use the flap on a green envelope and stamp words above the three pictures. Cut that down to size, based on the words you used. Mount that on old olive and use dimensionals to adhere to the panel.
