Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Melon Mambo or Coastal Cabana Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Melon Mambo or Coastal Cabana Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 2" x 3" of large blue and pink stripes design from How Sweet It Is Designer Series Paper, cut so stripes are horizontal
- scrap of Melon Mambo or Coastal Cabana Cardstock at least 1-3/4" wide
- scrap of Whisper White Cardstock at least 1-1/2" wide
- 1" x 2" from Melon Mambo or Coastal Cabana Cardstock
Lightly spray the large white rectangle with water. This will help you get a deeper impression when you dry emboss it.
Insert the damp white rectangle into the Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Use the line drawn on the front flap of the folder to help you line the cardstock up straight. Place the folder with the paper inside directly on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place a Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
VERY IMPORTANT: You are using only ONE Cutting Pad. If you try to use two, the sandwich will be too thick and you could damage the Big Shot.
Set the dry embossed cardstock aside to let it dry thoroughly.
Tip: You can use a Heat Tool to speed up drying if you wish.
Pick out a jar framelit from the Jar of Sweets Framelits. Place the designer paper rectangle on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the candy jar framelit on top so the lines run horizontally across the jar. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
As you are ready to stamp using the Jar of Love Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount a larger, script sentiment of choice from the Jar of Love Set on Block B. Ink it up with the color of ink you want using the Ink Pad (I used Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana). Stamp the sentiment in the center of the scrap of white cardstock.
If you are making more than one card and using different colors of ink for the sentiment, remember to clean the stamp between colors using the Simply Shammy and/or Stampin' Mist and Stampin' Scrub.
Unlock the 1-1/4" Circle Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Unlock the 1-1/2" Circle Punch. Slide the scrap of cardstock of your choice (I used Melon Mambo and Coastal Cabana) into the punch. Punch.
Adhere the sentiment circle punch out to the colored circle punch out.
Pick out a square or circle shaped tag from the Sweet Pins & Tags.
Adhere the matted sentiment circle punch outs to the center of the tag.
Pick out a candy framelit from the Jar of Sweets Framelits. Place the 1" x 2" rectangle of cardstock on the Cutting Pad on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the candy framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the candy cut out to the bottom of the tag at a slight angle so it overlaps the bottom of the sentiment circle punch outs.
If the dry embossed white rectangle is dry, adhere it to the 4" x 5-1/4" rectangle of cardstock and then to the front of the card.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the candy jar cut out to the front of the card so it is centered side to side and about 3/4" from the top.
Cut a 4" piece of the Coastal Cabana/Granny Apple Green 3/8" Reversible Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center. Trim the ends.
Pick out a pin from the Sweet Pins & Tags. Open the pin and slide the tag onto the pin and then stick the open end of the pin through the knot in the ribbon. Close the pin.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot with tag attached by the pin to the candy jar cut out on the card front.
Put a couple of Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the tag. Remove the protective backings and adhere the tag at an angle to the card front.
