Color the ribbon with Blushing Bride marker and use about 2" to tie to the Party Hat trinket.
Fold the Pumpkin Pie and Basic White pieces on all the score lines and burnish with a bone folder. The smaller white sections should be in a mountain fold.
Use the Corner Rounder to Round the top of the large section of Basic White cardstock, and the Polka Dot DSP
Adhere DSP 1 & 2 to the small flaps of the Basic White Piece, and DSP 3 to the larger area with the rounded corners at the top. Adhere this layer to the Pumpkin Pie card front.
Use dimensionals to pop up the Hip Hip Hooray die cut and adhere to the top of the large portion over the Polka Dot DSP, lining up the rounded corners.
Adhere the Little Girl oval to the Pacific Point Oval and adhere to the front flap using glue on only the bottom portion of the ovals. Use a glue dot to adhere the Party Hat as desired.
Adhere the cake on the Polka Dot DSP below the Die Cut image. Add an enamel shape to the Die Cut.
Stamp the greeting on the Basic White inside piece in Pacific Point ink. Adhere the Polka Dot strip near the bottom of this piece and attach to the inside of the card.
