Happy + Artistry Blooms Birthday Card |
|
T he Happy die does all the work on this card, the Artistry Blooms paper works well with the Happy die.
Card Base: Cut Mango Melody 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ . Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Front: Cut Artistry Blooms paper 4 X 5 ¼. Cut foam adhesive sheet 4 X 4 ½. Attach this foam piece to the center of the back of the Artistry Blooms card front. Die cut the card front with the Happy die. I placed the die at an angle across the top of the card front. Remove the backing of the foam sheet and attach to the card front to the card base.
Stamp Birthday with Mango Melody ink on Basic White paper. Punch out with the Classic Label punch. Attach the stamped punched piece to the card front beneath the Happy on the card front. Attach Artistry Blooms sequins to this punched piece.
For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. I stamped a sentiment with Mango Melody ink and attached a ½’ strip of matching paper to the card insert.
You make this card the same as the Mango Melody card, except I used Bermuda Bay instead
