Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Old Olive Cardstock
- 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3-1/4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 3" x 3-1/2" from Old Olive Cardstock
- 5-1/2" square from Old Olive Cardstock
Mount the candles centerpiece image from the God's Peace Set on Block E. Ink it up with the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it on one end of the 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" white strip so you get the candles. Make sure you leave room to punch the image out.
Unlock the 2" Circle Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped centepiece image into the punch and get it centered in the punching area so the candle flames are as close to the top as possible and the candles are centered side to side. Punch.
Put the centerpiece circle punch out on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Start coloring the centerpiece with the Stampin' Blends Markers. The markers have a brush tip for coloring in larger areas and a fine tip for coloring in smaller areas. Use the dark colors first and then the light colors to blend the colors and color in the spaces. Work on one area at a time so the inks will be wet and will blend easier.
Use the Light Daffodil Delight Marker to color in the coronas around the flames.
Use the Dark Daffodil Delight Marker to color in the flames and the center of the poinsettia flower.
Use the Light and Dark Old Olive Markers to color in the center candle and the greenery.
Use the Light and Dark Real Red Markers to color in the poinsettia, ribbon, and left and right candles.
Use the Color Lifter Marker as needed to remove excess ink.
Unlock the 2-1/4" Circle Punch. Slide the 2-1/2" x 3-1/4" Old Olive strip into the punch. Punch.
Adhere the colored centerpiece circle punch out to the center of the Old Olive circle punch out.
Mount the "May you feel the glow of God's peace this Christmas" sentiment from the God's Peace Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Real Red Ink Pad. Stamp it on one side of the remaining strip of white cardstock in the center.
Unlock the Timeless Label Punch. Hold it upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped sentiment into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. You will cut off a bit of the "M." Punch.
Use SNAIL to adhere the sentiment label punch out to the layered circle punch outs so it is even with the bottom of the circles and overlaps the right side a bit.
Pick out the small flourish with a single flower, leaves, and berries die and the long, thin stem with berries die from the Flourish Dies. Put the dies on top of the 3" x 3-1/2" rectangle of Old Olive on a platform on your cutting and embossing tool. Make sure the dies do NOT overlap! Run through the tool. Use the Take Your Pick Die Brush Tip and/or paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces.
Put the long, thin stem berries die back on the Old Olive rectangle and run through the cutting and embossing tool 2 more times. You should have 3 long, thin stems with berries when you are done.
Use a couple of Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the die cut outs to the back of the matted circles and sentiment label so they are sticking out to the right side of the circles and above the sentiment label. Leave the protective backings in place for now.
Cut a piece of the Real Red 1" Ruched Ribbon long enough to wrap around the top of the glass cup.
Put a strip of Tear & Tape Adhesive around the top of the glass cup. Remove the protective backing.
Adhere the ribbon to the Tear & Tape along the top of the glass cup. Cut off any excess ribbon when the ends meet.
Cut a 5" piece of the Real Red 1" Ruched Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot at a slight angle to the ribbon wrapped around the top of the glass cup just to the right of where the ends of the ribbon on the jar meet.
Remove the protective backings from the Dimensionals on the back of the matted circles, sentiment label punch out, and die cut outs and adhere everything to the front of the glass cup so the ends of the ribbon are hidden by the circles and the bottoms of the cardstock pieces are even with the bottom of the glass cup.
Insert the large Old Olive square into the Corrugated 3D Embossing Folder. Use the line drawn on the front of the folder to help you line the cardstock up straight. Place the folder with the paper inside on your die cutting and embossing tool and run through the machine.
Use Paper Snips to cut the dry embossed card stock into thin strips using the lines embossed into the cardstock to help guide you.
Crumple the thin strips of Old Olive Cardstock.
Stuff the crumple strips into the bottom of the glass cup. Set a lit battery-operated votive candle down into the crumpled strips a bit.
