Use Stampin' Seal to add the Snowflake Specialty Vellum panel to the back of the the die cut Snowy White Velvet frame. Add the panels to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Stamp the dragon from the Pure Magic stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock. Color the dragon with Stampin' Blends and add Wink of Stella for sparkle. Fussy cut out the dragon with paper snips. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to tuck the dragon into the bottom of the snowflake frame.
Stamp the sentiment from the Joyful Flurry stamp set in Balmy Blue ink on Basic White cardstock. Use paper snips to fussy cut out the sentiment. Use a Stampin' Dimensional and glue dots to add the sentiment to the card front overlapping the dragon wing and frame. Add Iridescent rhinestones to the card front for extra sparkle.
Add a Basic White cardstock inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment from the Joyful Flurry stamp set in Balmy Blue ink. Stamp the snowflakes in full & 2nd generation Balmy Blue ink and the snow dots in Pool Party ink on the top left corner from the Joyful Flurry stamp set on the inside panel. Cut two strips of Basic White cardstock and stamp the snowflakes in full & 2nd generation Balmy Blue ink and the snow dots in Pool Party ink on the strips. Then add a stamp strip to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
