Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Real Red Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of red and white peppermint candies scattered over green background from Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper
- 2-1/4" x 3-1/4" from Whisper White Thick Cardstock
- 2" x 2-1/4" from Whisper White Thick Cardstock
Use the corner rounder on the Envelope Punch Board to round all four corners of the larger Whisper White Thick rectangle.
Mount the elf image from the Festive Phrases Set on Block E. Ink it up with the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the corner rounded white rectangle. Set aside to let dry for a few minutes. Leave the elf image on the block.
Re-ink the elf image using the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it on the smaller Whisper White Thick rectangle so that you get the sign, elf hair, and elf hands stamped on the cardstock. Set aside to let dry for a few minutes.
Use the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends Marker brush tip to color the silver Foil Snowflake. Don't worry about coloring in the center, it will be hidden anyway.
Cut the colored Foil Snowflake in half down the center using Paper Snips. Then, cut off the points next to the cut line on both top and bottom on both pieces.
Adhere the two pieces of Foil Snowflake to the top of the piece of Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper so that the points are about 1/8" in from either side and the tops are about 1" from the top.
Cut a 5" piece of Real Red 1/8" Solid Ribbon.
Lay the ribbon across the bottom of the designer paper about 3/4" up from the bottom. Flip the designer paper over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere the ends of the ribbon in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of the designer paper. Adhere the designer paper to the front of the Real Red card.
Make sure you have some paper (Grid Paper works great) at your work space.to protect the work surface. The Stampin' Blends Markers will bleed through the cardstock that you are coloring so you need to protect your work surface.
Place the large stamped elf image on the work paper and start coloring the elf with the Stampin' Blends Markers. Work in small areas at a time. The colors blend best when they are wet. The markers have a brush tip for coloring in larger areas and a fine tip for coloring in smaller areas. Use the Light and Dark Old Olive to color in the elf's hat, tights, and slippers. Use Light and Dark Daffodil Delight on the elf's hair. Use Light and Dark Cherry Cobbler on the feathers on the elf's hat and slippers and to color in the balls on the elf's hat and slippers. Use the Color Lifter Marker to spread out the color on the feathers. Use the Ivory Marker on the elf's ears and fingers. Use the light color first and add highlights with the darker color. If needed to blend the colors, go over things again with the lighter color. If you get color where you don't want it, you can use the Color Lifter Marker to remove the color.
Adhere the colored elf image to the front of the card so it covers the space between the Foil Snowflake and is about 1/2" from the top of the designer paper.

Adhere the cut out sign, hair, and fingers over the corresponding sections on the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals.
Color three of the smallest (3mm) Rhinestone Basic Jewels using the Dark Cherry Cobbler Stampin' Blends Marker.
Peel up the colored jewels and adhere them over the balls on the elf's slippers and hat.
Cut a 3-1/2" piece of Real Red 1/8" Solid Ribbon. Tie it to the ribbon on the front of the card using a half knot. Center the knot under the elf image. Trim the ends.
