Farm Stand Just Because
SP does all of the heavy lifting on this starburst card. Switch up the papers and you can have a totally different card.
Crumb Cake: 4 1/4" x 11"
Mossy Meadow: 5 1/4" x 4"
Very Vanilla: 5" x 3 3/4"
DSP: 4 different patterns 1 1/2" x 4", then cut on the diagonal.
Building layer CS: 5" x 2 3/4"
Lay out the order of the DSP sections so that there is contrast between each of the pieces when placed side-by-side.
Mark the center at the top and bottom of the 5" x 2 3/4" building layer. Adhere one of the DSP wedges so that the left edge is lined up against the center markings.
Adhere the next wedge to the right of the piece that you just adhered. Make sure that edge meets up with the DSP already glued down so that there isn't a gap and it extends past the edge of the building layer.
Adhere each of the remaining pieces on the right side.
Adhere the DSP wedge on the left side of the first piece that you placed. Again, make sure that there is no gap between the DSP pieces.
Adhere each of the remaining pieces on the left side.
Trim the DSP pieces that extend beyond the building layer so that the finished piece is 5" x 2 3/4".
Stamp the greeting on the bottom right of the Very Vanilla panel using Mossy Meadow ink.
Adhere the starburst unit to the top of the Very Vanilla panel.
Wrap the ribbon around the Very Vanilla panel so that it is covering the bottom edge of the starburst piece. Tape down the ends on the back side of the Very Vanilla piece.
Adhere the Very Vanilla piece to the Mossy Meadow mat. Attach that unit to the Crumb Cake card base.
