Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Calypso Coral Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Crumb Cake Cardstock
- 3" x 4" from Very Vanilla Cardstock
- 4 squares each of 2-1/2" square from Calypso Coral Cardstock
- 1-1/2" wide scraps of Wild Wasabi Cardstock
Pick out the smooth oval framelit from the Layering Ovals Framelits that cuts out a smooth oval that is 2-3/8" wide. Place the Crumb Cake rectangle on the Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the smooth oval framelit on top so it is centered. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
You will be using the rectangle with the oval cut out of the middle. You can throw away the oval or keep it to use on another project.
Place the Crumb Cake rectangle with the oval cut out of it inside the Pinewood Planks 3D Dynamic Embossing Folder so the planks are horizontal. Place the folder with the card stock inside directly on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Place a Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
VERY IMPORTANT: You are using only ONE Cutting Pad. If you try to use two, the sandwich will be too thick and you could damage the Big Shot.
Mount the "Happy Christmas" sentiment from the Oh, What Fun Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Very Vanilla rectangle.
Put SNAIL Adhesive around the oval cut out of the center of the dry embossed Crumb Cake rectangle on the back side.
Adhere the Crumb Cake rectangle over the stamped Very Vanilla rectangle so the sentiment is centered in the oval.
Adhere the Crumb Cake/sentiment layer to the large Calypso Coral rectangle and then to the front of the Cherry Cobbler card.
Place two of the Calypso Coral squares in front of you. Mount the large open flower image from the Eastern Beauty Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of one of the Calypso Coral squares. Re-ink the stamp with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad and stamp it on the other square.
Pick out the matching large open flower framelit and the smaller 6 petal flower thinlit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place one of the stamped squares on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large open flower framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place the 6 petal flower thinlit inside it so it is centered. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces from the die. Pull the inner petal cut outs up a bit to give the flower some fullness.
Keep out the large open flower framelit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place the other stamped square on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large open flower framelit on top so it is centered over the image. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the flower with the inner cut petals to the center of the other flower so they are off set from each other.
Adhere the double flower to the lower left corner of the card front so it overlaps the sentiment oval just a bit.
Keep out the large open flower framelit and the smaller 6 petal flower thinlit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place one of the remaining Calypso Coral squares on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large open flower framelit on top. Place the 6 petal flower thinlit inside it so it is centered. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces from the die.
Mount the small three-point burst image from the Eastern Beauty Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad. Stamp it inside one of the cut out petal points. Re-ink the stamp each time and stamp it inside each petal point. Leave the stamp on the block as you will be using it again.
Keep out the smaller 6 petal flower thinlit from the Eastern Medallions Thinlits. Place the remaining Calypso Coral square on the Precision Base Plate on top of the Platform on the Big Shot. Place the 6 petal flower thinlit on top so it is centered. Place a Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot a couple of times. Use the Die Brush to remove the pieces from the die. Use Paper Snips to cut between the base of each of the petals to cut the flower image free.
Re-ink the small stamp each time with the Cherry Cobbler Ink Pad and stamp it in the center of each petal.
Adhere the small flower to the center of the bigger flower so they are slightly off set. Then, adhere the double flower to the upper right corner of the card front so it overlaps the sentiment oval just a bit.
Unlock the Lemon Builder Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide a scrap of Wild Wasabi Cardstock into the punch so you can punch out the two leaves. Repeat until you have 5 leaves punched out.
Adhere the leaves to the card front so they are sticking out from behind the flowers at angles helping to frame the sentiment oval.
Unlock the 1/2" Circle Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide a scrap of Wild Wasabi Cardstock into the punch and punch out a circle. Repeat so you have 2 circles punched out.
Adhere the circles to the center of each of the flowers.
Adhere a medium sized Gold Faceted Gem to the center of each flower.
