Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Highland Heather Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" of tiny "boo" words on black background design from Cute Halloween 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the words are horizontal on the vertical rectangle
- 2 pieces each 2-1/2" square from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 5" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3/4" x 3-1/2" of multicolored thin stripes on white background design from Cute Halloween 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the horizontal rectangle
Adhere the large rectangle of boo words Cute Halloween Designer Paper to the front of the Highland Heather card.
As you are ready to stamp using the Cute Halloween Set or Textures & Frames Set, place the cardstock or designer paper on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the rough outline circle image from the Textures & Frames Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of one of the white squares. Re-ink the stamp and stamp it again in the center of the other white square.
Pick out the smooth circle die from the Layering Circle Dies that cuts out a circle that is 1-5/8" diameter. Put it on top of one of the rough outline circle images on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the image. Run through the machine. Repeat with the other circle image.
Place one of the circle cut outs on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Use the tips of the Paper Snips Scissors to poke holes in the center of the circle cut out. Then, carefully cut around the inside edge of the stamped circle image to cut out the center. Repeat with the other circle cut out.
Unlock the Banners Pick A Punch. Slide one short edge of the striped designer paper strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notch) as far as it will go and get it centered. Punch.
Mount the "Have a Fa(boo)lous Halloween" sentiment from the Cutest Halloween Set on Block H. Carefully ink up only the words "Fa(boo)lous Halloween" by pressing the stamp to the open Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp the sentiment on the punched, striped designer paper strip so the notch is on the right side and the sentiment is about 1/4" from the notch.
Put a small amount (about 1/2" long) of Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen on the back of one of the circle cut outs.
Adhere the left end of the stamped, punched sentiment strip to the back of the circle cut out and let the rest of the strip overlap the right edge of the circle cut out. Make sure the sentiment strip is spaced evenly up and down on the circle cut out. Trim off excess designer paper on the left side of the circle cut out if needed.
Add additional Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to the back of the circle cut out and Stampin' Seal to the back of the sentiment strip and adhere it all to the front of the card so the bottom of the sentiment strip is about 1-1/4" from the bottom of the card and the right end of the sentiment strip is about 1/2" from the right side of the card.
Mount the outline ghost image from the Cutest Halloween Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Highland Heather Ink Pad. Stamp the image on one end of the vertical white strip so the tip of the image is on the bottom. Re-ink the stamp with Highland Heather Ink and stamp it on the other end of the vertical white strip so the tip of the image is on the bottom.
Unlock the Halloween Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide one of the stamped ghost outline images into the punch and get it centered in the corresponding punching area. Punch. Repeat with the other stamped ghost outline image.
Mount the ghost face and arms image from the Cutest Halloween Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Highland Heather Ink Pad. Stamp it inside one of the ghost outline image punch outs. Re-ink the stamp and stamp it inside the other ghost outline image punch out.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the ghost punch outs to the front of the card so they appear to be coming out of the circles at slightly different angles as shown.
Cut an 3-1/2" piece of the Black & White 1/4" Gingham Ribbon.
Tie a half knot in the center of the ribbon. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the ribbon knot to the front of the card near the bottom left side of the sentiment strip where it disappears under the edge of the circle.
Use the brush tip of the Dark Old Olive Stampin' Blends to color one of the Seaside Spray (light blue) pearls while it is on the sheet. Allow to dry for a minute or two.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up one Highland Heather (light purple) pearls from the sheet of Pastel Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the upper right side of the upper circle cut out on the card front.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up one Gorgeous Grape (dark purple) pearls from the sheet of Pastel Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the left side of the card front about half way between the two ghost punch outs.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up the colored green pearl from the sheet of Pastel Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the upper right side of the sentiment strip punch out.
