Cup Of Tea Sorbet Striped Cup |
P retty card using Stampin' Up! products.
Cut cardstock and glimmer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Sweet Sorbet Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square of Sweet Sorbet glimmer paper from 2022-2024 In Color 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper
- 3" square from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1" x 1-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 2" of Sweet Sorbet glimmer paper from 2022-2024 In Color 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper
Put the 4" x 5-1/4" white rectangle inside the embossing folder included with the Bouquet Of Love Hybrid Embossing Folder so it is centered over the heart in the center of the folder. Use the line printed on the front flap of the folder to make sure it is lined up straight. Place the folder with the cardstock inside on the platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine and run through the machine.
Adhere the dry embossed white rectangle to the front of the Sweet Sorbet card.
As you are ready to stamp using the Cup Of Tea Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the bunch of stems with tiny leaves image from the Cup Of Tea Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Parakeet Party Ink Pad. Stamp it on the top of the 3" white square so the top of the leaves almost touch the top edge and the image is centered side to side.
Use Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the stamped white square to the center of the Sweet Sorbet Glimmer Paper so the top of the glimmer paper square is lighter in color fading to darker at the bottom.
Adhere the matted square to the front of the card so it is centered and covers the heart image embossed in the center.
Mount the striped cup image from the Cup Of Tea Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Sweet Sorbet Ink Pad. Stamp it on the 1-3/4" x 2-1/2" white rectangle.
Pick out the matching, open tea cup die from the Teacup Dies. Put it on top of the stamped cup image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the image is centered in the die. Run through the machine.
Mount the larger, outline tea bag tag image from the Cup Of Tea Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Parakeet Party Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the remaining small white rectangle.
Mount the small sentiment of choice from the Cup Of Tea Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Sweet Sorbet Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the previously stamped tag outline.
Pick out the matching. small tea bag tag die from the Teacup Dies. Put it on top of the stamped image on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the image is centered in the die. Run through the machine.
Cut a 2" piece of the Sweet Sorbet twine from the 2022-2024 In Color Baker's Twine Pack.
Use small pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the ends of the twine piece to the back of the tea bag tag cut out and the back of the cup cut out so the twine arcs over the side of the cup.
Add Stampin' Seal to the back of the cup and adhere it to the card front as shown so it overlaps the bottom of the stamped leaves.
Pick out the set of 5 small flowers die from the Teacup Dies. Put it on top of the small Glimmer Paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the two larger, fuller glimmer paper flower cut outs to the card front as shown.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the three tiny partial glimmer paper flower cut outs to the front of the card as shown.
