Take your second piece of mint macaron that measures 4 x 5 1/4 inches, and dry emboss it using the tasteful textiles embossing folder. Adhere this to the front of your card base, centered.
Die cut the tag from seasonal labels dies out on basic white cardstock. Next cut the bottom edge of the country gingham DSP, and adhere it to the white tag.
Now take the 4 inches of burlap ribbon and adhere using mini adhesive dots covering the line between the DSP and the basic white.
Use the country bouquet punch and punch your 3 hearts out. Next adhere one heart flat, one heart with stampin' dimensionals, and the small heart with stampin' dimensionals.
Now add stampin' dimensionals to the back of the tag and adhere, centered, on the front of the card base.
Then stamp your sentiment on your 1/2 x 2 3/4 inch basic white banner. Now stamp your other sentiment on the inside of the card.
