Mount the grass image from the Counting Sheep Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Old Olive Ink Pad. Stamp it repeatedly across the bottom left edge of the horizontal Pool Party rectangle from the left edge to about the 3" mark. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Let the images overlap and go off the left and bottom edges a bit.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Counting Sheep Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the lower right corner of the horizontal, stamped Pool Party rectangle.
Pick out the fence die from the Sheep Dies. Put it on top of the rectangle of striped Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tip on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the fence cut out to the lower left corner of the stamped Pool Party rectangle.
Cut an 3-1/2" piece of the black/white Baker's Twine from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack.
Lay the twine piece across the upper right corner of the stamped Pool Party rectangle at an angle. Flip the rectangle over and secure the ends of the twine in place with small strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape and add more adhesive to the back of the Pool Party rectangle. Adhere it to the center of the Basic Black rectangle.
Pick out the pennant die from the Sheep Dies. Put it on top of the strip of dotted Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine near one end. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tip on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed. Repeat three more times until you have 4 pennant flags. Don't worry if you can't get the sticks for all of them as you will be cutting them off anyway.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut the sticks off the pennant flag cut outs.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the pennants on the Pool Party rectangle so they appear to be hanging from the twine stretched across the upper right corner to figure out spacing. When happy with spacing, use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the pennants in place one at a time.
Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick and the Stampin' Pierce Mat to poke 3 holes between the pennants between the top edges so they are in line with the twine.
Insert 3 small, black, circle brads from the Round & Square Brads into the holes. Try to put the prongs on either side of the twine if you can before inserting them through the holes. Bend the prongs flat on the back side of the Basic Black rectangle.
Mount the jumping sheep image from the Counting Sheet Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small white rectangle. Leave the stamp on the block.
Re-ink the jumping sheep image on Block C with the Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small rectangle of scalloped lines Beautifully Penned Designer Paper. Leave the stamp on the block.
Pick out the matching, jumping sheep die from the Sheep Dies. Put it on top of the stamped sheep on the white cardstock on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the sheep. Run through the machine. Leave the die out.
Put the matching, jumping sheep die on top of the stamped sheep on the scalloped lines designer paper on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so it is centered over the sheep. Run through the machine.
Place the white sheep cut out on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends do bleed through.
Use the Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blends to color in the sheep's hooves.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to carefully cut the scalloped lines sheep cut out along the lines outlining the sheep's wool. Make sure you cut out around the sheep's face and the tops of the two legs.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen on the back of the wool cut out and adhere it to the top of the white sheep cut out so all the lines of the wool match up.
If needed, re-ink the jumping sheep image on Block C with the Jet Black StazOn Ink Pad or Tuxedo Black Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it on a scrap of white cardstock so you get the front ear.
If needed, use Paper Snips Scissors to carefully cut out the sheep's ear.
If needed, use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen on the back of the ear cut out and adhere it in place over the ear on the scalloped lines wool/white sheep cut out.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the scalloped line wool sheep cut out at an angle to the matted Pool Party rectangle so it appears to be jumping over the fence.
Pick out the party hat die from the Sheep Dies. Put it on top of the small scrap of white leaves Beautifully Penned Designer Paper on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so a set of leaves is centered in the bottom of the party hat die. Run through the machine. Use the paper-piercing tip on the Take Your Pick to remove the pieces if needed.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the party hat cut out to the matted Pool Party rectangle so it appears to be sitting on the sheep's head.
Use the paper-piercing tool on the Take Your Pick and the Stampin' Pierce Mat to poke a hole in the pompom at the top of the party hat.
Insert a small, white, circle brad from the Round & Square Brads into the hole. Bend the prongs flat on the back side of the Basic Black rectangle.
Adhere the layered Pool Party rectangle with twine and brads attached to the front of the Pool Party card.
Cut an 8" piece of the black/white Baker's Twine from the Playful Pets Trim Combo Pack.
Tie a small bow in the center of the twine. Trim the ends.
Use a Mini Glue Dot to adhere the twine bow to the top of the card where the twine already on the card goes over the top edge.
