Measurements:
DSP Base: 7″ x 8 ¼″
score at 2 ¾” from the left side and the top edge
Liner Panel: 4” x 5 ¼”
Card Center 3 ¾” x 5 ″
Inside Corner Liner 2 ⅝” x 2 ⅝”
Instructions:
Remember DSP is thinner than cardstock, score and crease gently!
Place the side of the DSP that you want to be your outside FACE UP on the scoring tool.
Start with scoring the DSP layer once from the left hand side of the sheet at 2 ¾”.
Now rotate the DSP CLOCKWISE.
Now score the DSP at 2 ¾” along the top of the sheet.
Crease with the bone folder along both score lines.
Now fold the paper at a diagonal, until your edges line up with the score lines on the base.
Make sure that the edges are parallel to the sides.
Crease the fold with your bone folder.
Fold the diagonal score lines toward the inside of the card so that the square sits above the two folded score lines as shown.
Use your bone folder to gently grease along all the score lines.
Now add the inside panel to the base. 4” x 5 ¼” could be cardstock or DSP.
Then add a liner that is 3 ¾” x 5” to the center.
Next add the 2 ⅝” x 2 ⅝” square of neutral cardstock to the inside top left corner of the card.
Embellish.
NOTE: If you want your sentiment to show when the card is closed… then while the card is folded and flat, stamp the sentiment on the inside layer of the card.
