Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Emerald Envy Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic Black Cardstock
- 3-7/8" x 5-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 3-1/4" x 3-3/4" of white leaf stems on black background design from Petal Passion Designer Series Paper
- 1-3/4" x 2-3/4" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 1" x 3-1/2" from Emerald Envy Cardstock
Place the large Whisper White rectangle into the Brick Wall Embossing Folder. Place the folder with the card stock inside on top of a Cutting Pad on your Big Shot Platform at the lowest possible setting. Make sure the embossing folder does NOT hang out over the edges of the platform or it will catch the edges of the Big Shot as you crank it through which could damage your folder and Big Shot. Place another Cutting Pad on top of the folder and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the dry embossed white rectangle to the center of the Basic Black rectangle.
Make sure you have some Grid Paper on your work surface to protect it from ink. Place the piece of Petal Passion Designer Series Paper in the center of the Grid Paper.
Cut a Stamping Sponge into quarters so you have more sponges to work with. Rub the rounded side of the sponge quarter across the open Emerald Envy Ink Pad to get it inky. Then, rub it onto the piece of designer paper. Get more ink on the sponge as needed. Keep adding ink until you have the color saturation you want.
Tip: I just clean my sponges when I'm done using them by running them under water until no more color is coming off. Then, I let them air dry. They may be stained, but they are clean enough to use with any color of ink in the future.
Pick out the large, open, roughly oval framelit from the Cafe Builder Framelits. Place the sponged designer paper on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the large, open framelit on top. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Adhere the sponged designer paper cut out to the left side of the dry embossed white rectangle.
Cut a 6-1/2" piece of the Silver 1/8" Ribbon so that one end tapers to a tiny point.
Pick out a leaf stem from the Petal Passion Embellishments. Thread the tapered end of the ribbon through the loop at the bottom of the leaf stem.
Lay the ribbon across the designer paper and cardstock pieces so it is about 1" up from the bottom. Flip the designer paper/cardstock over and fold the ends of the ribbon over. Adhere the ends of the ribbon in place with pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive.
Remove the protective backing from the Tear & Tape strips and add more SNAIL to the back of the designer paper. Adhere it to the front of the Emerald Envy card.
Mount the "Life is better with you in it" sentiment from the Charming Cafe Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Basic Black Archival Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the Emerald Envy strip.
Pick out the long, single, open banner framelit from the Bunch of Banners Framelits. Place the stamped sentiment on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on your Big Shot. Place the banner framelit on top so the sentiment is to the right. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Poke out the banner with the sentiment and keep it. Also use the Paper-Piercing Tool to poke out the outline banner that is probably stuck inside the framelit, remove it, and throw it away. If you don't remove it, then you will have trouble cutting with this framelit the next time you use it.
Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment banner to the front of the card so it is centered over the ribbon and overlaps the right side of the designer paper just a bit.
Peel a Mini Glue Dot off the roll. Adhere it to the back of the leaf stem Petal Passion Embellishment. Squish it down a little as needed. Push the embellishment over on the ribbon so that the end with the ribbon going through it is hidden behind the left side of the sentiment banner. Adhere in place.
Mount the table and chairs image on Block C. Ink it up with the Basic Black Archival Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the small white rectangle.
Pick out the tables and chairs framelit from the Cafe Builder Framelits. Place the stamped cafe chairs and table image on a Cutting Pad on top of the Magnetic Platform on the Big Shot. Place the table and chairs framelit on top so it is centered over the stamped image. Place another Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot. Use the Die Brush if needed to remove the pieces.
Use the Emerald Envy and Peekaboo Peach Markers to color in the seat cushions, coffee cups, leaves, flower, and vase.
Use Mini Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the table and chairs cut out to the front of the card so it is centered just above the sentiment.
Cut a 3" piece of the Silver 1/8" Ribbon.
Slide one end of the ribbon piece under the ribbon already on the card front near the left side of the sentiment banner. Tie in place using a half knot. Trim the ends.
