E asy hello card using Stampin' Up! products.
Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- 1-1/4" x 5-1/2" of Parakeet Party stripes on lighter green background design from Tea Boutique 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the horizontal strip
- 1-1/2" x 3-3/4" from Sweet Sorbet Cardstock
- 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" from Basic White Cardstock
- 1-3/4" x 3-1/2" from Garden Green Cardstock
- 1-1/4" x 4" from Parakeet Party Cardstock
Pick out an Orchid Oasis or Starry Sky pattern card from the Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes. Fold the card on the score line.
Adhere the strip of Tea Boutique Designer Paper to the bottom of the horizontal card front about 5/8" from the bottom edge.
As you are ready to stamp using the Bottled Happiness Set or Alphabest Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.
Mount the large, more solid glass bottle image from the Bottled Happiness Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Sweet Sorbet Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the vertical 1-1/2" x 3-1/2" Sweet Sorbet rectangle as close to the bottom edge as possible. Make sure the top of the bottle is pointing up.
Unlock the Vintage Bottle Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. Slide the stamped bottle image into the punch and get it centered in the punching area. Punch.
Mount the open, dotted-sides outline label image from the Alphabest Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Parakeet Party Ink Pad. Stamp it 3 times vertically down the left side of the vertical white strip. Then, stamp it 2 times vertically down the right side of the vertical white strip. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time and leave some space between each image to punch it out.
Mount the leafy label image from the Alphabest Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Parakeet Party Ink Pad. Stamp it in the remaining space vertically down the right side of the vertical white strip. Leave some space between each image to punch it out.
One at a time, mount the letters "h," "e," "l," and "o" from the Alphabest Set on Block A. Ink them up with the Sweet Sorbet Ink Pad and stamp them each inside one of the open vertical label images. Stamp the "l" again in one of the open vertical label images.
Unlock the Best Label Punch. Hold the punch upside down so you can see the punching area. One at a time, slide the stamped letter labels into the opened Best Label Punch and get them centered in the punching area. Punch until you have them all punched out. Also punch out the leafy label image.
Adhere the leafy label punch out to the front of the bottle punch out horizontally as shown.
WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the bottle punch out and letter label punch outs on the front of the card so they are centered and evenly spaced across the designer paper strip as shown and spell out the word "hello."
Once happy with the spacing and placement, adhere everything in place one at a time. Do NOT put adhesive on the neck of the bottle punch out though.
Unlock the Bough Punch. Slide one end of the horizontal Parakeet Party strip into the punch and get it centered in the small bough punching area. Punch. Punch the other end of the Parakeet Party strip as well using the small bough punching area. Leave the punch unlocked.
Slide one end of the horizontal Garden Green strip into the unlocked Bough Punch and get it centered in the large bough punching area. Punch.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to trim off the bottom of the large bough punch cut out.
Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue or Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the bough punch outs to the front of the card so the bottoms are tucked under the top of the bottle punch out and overlap each other a bit.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up 1 large milky white or pearl white heart from the sheet of Heart Pearls making sure that you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere it to the upper right corner of the card at a slight angle.
Use the matching color envelope from the Tea Boutique Cards & Envelopes.
