Cut cardstock and vellum pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from So Saffron Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Daffodil Delight Cardstock
- 3-1/2" x 4-3/4" from Vellum Cardstock
- 2" x 3-1/4" from Emerald Envy Cardstock
- 1-7/8" x 3-1/8" from Whisper White Cardstock
- 2" x 4-1/2" from So Saffron Cardstock
- 1-1/2" square from So Saffron Cardstock
Place the piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock on a clean work surface that will be easy to clean up (I like to use a piece of wax paper). Place the diamonds mask from the Pattern Party Decorative Masks over the top. Secure the mask in place using tape or washi tape if desired.
Open the jar of Embossing Paste and get some paste on one of the Palette Knives. Smear the paste around on the mask with the knife.
Remove the mask and immediately clean the mask and knife with warm water. If you leave the paste on there, it will dry and be hard to remove. Also, be sure to put the lid back on the jar of Embossing Paste so that it doesn't dry out.
Set the piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock with the diamonds pattern on it aside to dry while you work on the rest of the card.
Mount the large bunch of flowers from the Birthday Blossoms Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it all over the piece of vellum. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Set the vellum aside to let it dry while you work on the rest of the card.
Re-ink the stamp with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad and stamp it on the small piece of So Saffron Cardstock so you get the grouping of three slightly larger flowers on the one end.
Mount the large flower image from the Birthday Blossoms Set on Block C. Ink it up with the Daffodil Delight Ink Pad. Stamp it twice on the long strip of So Saffron Cardstock. Remember to re-ink the stamp each time. Leave some space between them so you can punch them out.
Unlock the Pansy Punch. Holding the punch upside down so you can see the punching area, slide one of the stamped flower images into the punch. Carefully line up the image so it is centered in the punching area. Punch. Repeat with the other flower image.
Use the 1/8" Handheld Circle Punch to punch two holes in the center of each of the flowers. Leave a little space between the two holes on each flower.
Cut a 5" piece of Emerald Envy 5/8" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon.
Thread one end of the ribbon through one hole in one of the flowers. Adhere the end to the back of the flower using a small piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive. Leave the protective backing in place.
Put a couple of really small pieces of Tear & Tape Adhesive between the two holes on the front of the flower. Remove the protective backings.
Twist the ribbon on itself while also winding it around the center of the flower and sticking it down to the little pieces of Tear & Tape.
When you fill up the center of the flower with the ribbon, poke the other end of the ribbon through the other hole and secure it on the back of the flower with a piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive. Leave the protective backing in place.
Tip: Use a floss threader or needle threader to help pull the end of the ribbon through the hole.
Repeat the steps to put a flower center on the other flower.
Mount the "celebrate you" sentiment from the Birthday Blossoms Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Emerald Envy Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white rectangle so that the tail of the "y" is about 1/2" from the left side.
Adhere the stamped sentiment layer to the Emerald Envy rectangle.
If the Daffodil Delight layer with the diamond embossing paste pattern on it is dry, then adhere it to the front of the So Saffron card.
Adhere the matted sentiment rectangle to the center of the stamped vellum piece.
Put some SNAIL on the back of the vellum where it is hidden by the matted sentiment. Adhere the vellum to the front of the card so it is centered over the diamond pattern layer.
Carefully cut out the grouping of three small flowers using Paper Snips. Adhere them to the upper left corner of the sentiment layers using a Stampin' Dimensional.
Pick out an Emerald Envy flower from the 2016-2018 In Color Glitter Acrylic Shapes. Adhere it to the tail of the "y" using a Mini Glue Dot. Make sure the glittery side is up.
Use Paper Snips to carefully cut three leaf shapes from the Emerald Envy 5/8" Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon.
Turn over one of the big flowers and remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape Adhesive. Adhere one of the ribbon leaves to the back of the flower using more Tear & Tape Adhesive. Remove the protective backing. Adhere the flower to the upper right side of the sentiment layers so the ribbon leaf is sticking off to the upper right.
Turn over the other large flower. Remove the protective backings from the Tear & Tape. Adhere the remaining two ribbon leaves to the back using more Tear & Tape so that the leaves stick out on either side. Remove the protective backings. Add some Stampin' Dimensionals to the back. Remove the protective backings and adhere the flower to the lower right side of the sentiment layer.
