Birthday Balloons and Confetti |

Cut and score a standard A2 card base, and a Whisper White panel measuring 4 x 5 1/4 inches.
Using the confetti die, cut the top of the card.
Note: Save the confetti pieces in a container for shaker cards.
Using Gorgeous Grape, stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment centered under the confetti cut outs.
Stamp the cake in Blueberry Bushel under the happy Birthday.
Make the cake red by stamping off Lovely Lipstick for the top and bottom sections until you get the red cake you desire.
Using the Highland Heather ink, stamp balloons randomly to fill in the sides of the card.
On a scrap piece of Whisper White cardstock, stamp the balloons in various colors; Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather, Shaded Spruce, Soft Sea Foam, Granny Apple Green. Use the Crumb Cake ink to stamp the cake stand. Stamp off Crumb Cake to stamp the color inside the cake stand.
Die cut balloons and cake stand.
Adhere balloons with mini-dimensionals, and use regular adhesive to add the cake stand.
