Start with a Balmy Blue cs card base. Dry emboss the front panel of the card base with the Tasteful Textures 3D embossing folder. Cut a Sale-A-Bration Beautifully Penned DSP panel. Then cut the DSP panel to create two panels and color the top floral (smaller panel) half with Stampin' Blends & the Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker. Use glue to attach the panels to the card base so that both sides of the DSP show with the colored floral panel on top. Cut the Balmy Blue cs transition strip, dry emboss it with the Tasteful Textures 3D embossing folder, and glue it across the card front overlapping both pieces of the DSP panels.
Stamp the flower image from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Memento Black ink on Basic White cs. Die cut out the flower image with the Penned Flowers dies. Color the flowers with Stampin' Blends & the Pacific Point Stampin' Write Marker. Add Wink of Stella to the flowers for sparkle. Use glue to add the die cut flowers to the left side of the card front overlapping the embossed strip, and both the top & bottom DSP panels.
Cut a Basic White sentiment panel. Stamp the sentiment from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set in Memento Black ink. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to add the sentiment panel to the right side of the card front overlapping the flowers, the embossed transition strip, and the top DSP piece. Add Blue Adhesive-Backed Gems to the sentiment panel and the flower centers.
Don't forgot to add a Basic White cs inside panel to write your message. Stamp the sentiment & the flower from the Hand-Penned Petals stamp set and a strip of DSP to the inside and back of the card to pull the theme through.
