Beautiful Balloons Gingham Squares Celebration

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cut cardstock, designer paper, and shimmer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
   - card from Blueberry Bushel Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
   - 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
   -3-3/8" square from Blueberry Bushel Cardstock
   - 2 squares of large Berry Burst plaid design from Glorious Gingham 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper
   - 2 squares of large Blueberry Bushel plaid design from Glorious Gingham 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper
   - 1-3/4" x 3-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
   - 1-1/2" x 3" of Berry Burst shimmer paper from Soft Shimmer 12" x 12" Paper Combo Pack

2. As you are ready to stamp using the Beautiful Balloons Set, place the cardstock on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp.

3. Mount the "happy birthday" sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Blueberry Bushel Ink Pad. Stamp it in the lower right corner of the large, vertical white rectangle.

4. Adhere the stamped white rectangle to the front of the Blueberry Bushel card.

5. WITHOUT ADHERING, lay the four squares of Glorious Gingham Designer Paper on the large Blueberry Bushel square to figure out spacing and placement. When happy with the arrangement, adhere the pieces in place one at a time.

6. Adhere the matted designer paper square to the front of the card so it is evenly spaced side to side and along the top edge.

7. Mount the "I think it's time for a celebration" sentiment from the Beautiful Balloons Set on Block H. Ink it up with the Berry Burst Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the remaining, horizontal, white strip.

8. Pick out the squared off tag die from the Tailor Made Tags Dies that cuts out a tag that is 2-3/4" long. Put it on top of the stamped sentiment rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine so the sentiment is centered in the die and the hole for the ribbon is on the left side. Run through the machine. Leave the die out.

9. Put the squared off tag die on top of the glimmer paper rectangle on a platform on your Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine. Run through the machine.

10. Adhere the sentiment tag cut out to the top of the shimmer paper tag cut out as shown so the holes are lined up.

11. Cut a 3" piece of the silver trim included in the Simply Elegant Trim.

12. Fold the silver trim in half. Stick the loop through the holes in the top of the tags and pull it through a bit. Stick the loose ends through the loop and pull it tight. Trim the ends of the trim.

13. Cut a 9" piece of the silver trim included in the Simply Elegant Trim.

14. Tie the silver trim around the trim at the top of the tags using a small bow. Trim the ends.

15. Use Stampin' Dimensionals to adhere the tags with trim attached to the front of the card at a slight angle as shown so they are centered over the designer paper squares.

16. Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to peel up one small and two large Blueberry Bushel gems from the sheet of Tinsel Gems Four-Pack making sure you get the adhesive backing as well. Adhere them to the front of the card as shown.
