A Mother's Flair Tea Party Card

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cutting:
   Whisper White Cardstock 4 1/4 x 11 scored at 5 1/2 and 8 1/4, 3 x 4 1/4, (2) 2 1/2 x 3
   Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper 4 x 10 3/4, 5 3/4 x 2 1/4
   Whole Lot of Lovely DSP (Floral) 1 x 4 1/4,(2) 1 x 2 1/2
   Basic Black 3 1/4 x 10 scored at 2 3/4 and 5 1/2
   Pool Party Shimmer Ribbon 4 1/4, (2) 3

2. Preparation:
   Adhere the Long DSP strip to the Whisper White Card Base.
   Crease along the scored lines.
   Adhere the 1 x 4 1/4 strip of Floral DSP to the left side of the 3 x 4 1/4 Whisper White Cardstock.
   Adhere the other strips to the other Whisper White pieces in the same place.
   Color 3 small rhinestones with the Dark Daffodil Delight Blends Marker.
   Apply Adhesive to the back of the Other piece of DSP for the envelop flap. Adhesive sheets work well for this.
   Attach to the envelop flap and then trim the excess.

3. Stamping:
   On the 3 x 4 1/4 strip, stamp the hat and saying using Memento Tuxedo Black Ink
   On one of the smaller pieces stamp the tea pot.
   On the other stamp Happy Mother's Day or Sentiment of Choice in the center.
   Using the small flower in Tranquil Tulips, stamp the solid image in Pool Party and the Detail image in Tranquil Tide.
   Using the Light Pool Party Stampin Blend Marker color the flower on the hat and tea pot.
   Using Light Old Olive Stampin Blend Marker color the leaves on the teapot image.
   Stamp the back of the card.

4. Assembly:
   Adhere the strips of ribbon to the seam between the cardstock and the DSP using Tear & Tape.
   Adhere the Whisper White stamped pieces to the corresponding Basic Black pieces.
   Adhere each of these to the corresponding section of the card base.
   Finally add the colored rhinestones to the centers of the flowers.
