Cutting: Daffodil Delight Cardstock 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 and 3 3/4 x 5 1/4
Shimmery White Cardstock 5 1/4 x 4 and 3 3/4 x 5 1/4
4 1/2" Old Olive Ribbon
Stamping:
Stamp the large Daffodil image in Tuxedo Black Momento Ink. Randomly stamp the bubbles around the image, stamping off each time to create a lighter version.
On Shimmery White Scrap stamp Happy Easter or Happy Birthday in Old Olive Ink.
Stamp sentiment on inside (I used Picnic with You Stamp Set Saving that worked for either birthday or Easter).
Stamp the back of your card base.
Color the Daffodil image using Dark and Light Daffodil Delight Blends and Dark Old Olive. The stems are too narrow to do shading. Have your Color Eraser ready to clean up!
Emboss the 5 1/4 x 4 Shimmery White using the Petal Pair Embossing Folder. You will need to do one side and then the other making sure the leaves are in the same direction.
Tear the Stamped Shimmery White Cardstock close to the edges of the image on the two sides. Tear towards you to create the edging.
Tear the Daffodil Delight Cardstock closer to the edge so that you create a border.
Punch the saying using the Classic Label Punch. Then punch another one from a Daffodil Delight scrap. Cut this one in half and layer it behind the white stamped piece leaving a border on both sides.
Assembly:
Use Fast Fuse to adhere the stamped image to the torn Daffodil Delight cardstock.
Adhere the stamped image to the embossed layer lining up the top and bottom with the embossed layer.
Wrap the Old Olive Ribbon about 1 inch from the bottom of the layer securing on the back.
Adhere the embossed Shimmery White piece to the card base.
Using dimensionals add the label to the center of the ribbon.
