Painted Harvest Thanksgiving

Supplies needed:

Project Recipe:

1. Cutting:
   8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Whisper White Cardstock
   3 x 5 1/2 Whisper White Cardstock
   1/2 x 5 1/2 Designer Series Paper
   5 1/2 Copper Trim + additional for bow

2. Creating Designer Paper Look
   1. On the 3 x 5/12 piece of Whisper White, First stamp the sunflower petals (more detailed stamp) in So Saffron, stamping off on scrap paper first to lighten the image, randomly around the cardstock. This provides the mottled background.
   2. Add Lemon Lime Twist leafs and then Old Olive leaves, stamping off to lighten the color. Be careful to leave space for the 3 sunflowers.
   3. Using Crushed Curry add the first layer of the 3 sunflowers. Then add the top layer with Calypso Coral. Stamping one circle and then a second slightly rotating the stamp for a fuller effect.
   4. Stamp the center in Soft Suede and then Add the seeds also with Soft Suede.

3. Label:
   Stamp the saying in Soft Suede and cut out with Pretty Label Punch.
   Sponge the edges with Calypso Coral ink.

4. Assembly:
   1. Adhere the DSP strip 1/4" from left edge of cardbase.
   2. Adhere the Sunflower Panel adjacent to the DSP strip.
   3. Add the strip of Copper Trim at the seam.
   4. Make a bow with Copper Trim and then pull the threads apart by gripping both edges of the ribbon and pulling apart.
   5. Add the label with Dimensionals and the bow with a glue dot.
   6. Don't forget to add an inside sentiment, if preferred, and your handmade stamp on the back.
   7. Decorate your envelope.
