W ind it up before you put it in the envelope and the elephant will spin when you open the card.

Cutting:
11" x 4 1/4" Card Base (Powder Pink)
5 3/8" x 4 1/8" Whisper White
3 1/4" Square (for Circle Frames) (2)
3 1/2" x 2" Whisper White (for spinner)
Prepare Spinner:
Stamp the elephant in Basic Black ink.
Using a sponge dauber, add powder pink circles on the elephant.
But out the image using the framelit. Separate into front and back pieces.
Prepare the card front:
Using the Layering Circles Framelit cut ou a circle in the center of the card (2 3/8")
Emboss the Whisper White Cardstock using the Polka Dot Basics TIEF.
Color the dots with the Powder Pink Marker. Or you can brayer powder pink ink over the card front emphasizing the dots.
Cut out 2 scalloped circle frames using the Layering Circles Framelits. The inside should be the same circle used for the cardfront.
Assembly:
Cut a piece of white Baker's Twine about 5" long.
In the center of the Twine sandwich it inside the back and front of the elephant and secure firmly with adhesive.
You can wrap the ribbon at this point around the Whisper White embossed cardstock or if enclosing a gift card you can do it later around the entire card.
Lay the twine across the card base and line up the card front and secure firmly sandwiching the twine. Keep it tight so that it spins without sagging.
Add the scalloped circles on the front and the inside front of the card.
Stamp sentiment at the bottom of the card inside so that it does not show through the circle.
