A creative way to use the Note Cards and Envelopes!
Project Recipe
To make card: stamp bird on note card using Black Stazon. Stamp cloud using marina mist. Stamp 'You make me happy' with black stazon under the bird.
Outline "Hello Love" on cloud using white gel pen. Colour hearts using Real Red ink and aqua painter. Colour bird using Marina mist ink and aqua painter - add a little red on tummy and a dash of white pen (opt). Card is done - set aside. Time to make the envelope!
To make the envelope pocket: seal envelope. Trim a bit off top and use 1 3/8" circle punch in centre. This will make it easy to pull out card. Now you've got your pocket, let's decorate it!
Use stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp a row of birds with Black Stazon across envelope pocket - 3 birds on one side and one on the opposite side. Stamp a 5th bird on scrap piece crumb cake card stock.
Use ink pads and aqua painter to colour birds. Add a little White Gel pen to bird's cheeks (opt), some dots on their belly (opt). Use Journalling Pen or marker and ruler (or plastic sheet from stamp-a-ma-jig) to create a line of dots under the birds.
Stamp 'A little birdie told me' under the row of dots.
Cut out fifth bird and use stampin' dimensional to hang upside down. Tuck your note card inside the pocket envelope and find someone you love to give it too!
