Cut cardstock and designer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Paper Trimmer:
- card from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Basic White Cardstock
- 3" x 4" of large black and white stripes design from Cute Halloween 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are horizontal on the vertical rectangle
- 2-1/8" square from Pumpkin Pie Cardstock
- 2" square from Basic White Cardstock
- 3/4" x 4" of black and orange stripes design from Cute Halloween 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper, cut so the stripes are vertical on the vertical strip
- 1/2" x 2-7/8" from Basic White Cardstock
- small scrap of Basic White Cardstock
Adhere the large black and white striped designer paper rectangle to the large, vertical white rectangle so it is centered side to side and is about 1/2" from the top edge.
Mount the small puffin with crossed flippers image from the Party Puffins Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Tuxedo Black Memento Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 2" square rectangle.
Put the stamped puffin square on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Dark Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends to color in the interior stripe on the puffin's beak and his feet and legs and to outline the puffin's eye.
Use the Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends to color in the remaining stripe on the puffin's beak.
Adhere the colored puffin square to the center of the Pumpkin Pie square.
Adhere the matted puffin square to the front of the card so it is centered side to side on the striped paper rectangle and is about 1/2" from the top.
Unlock the Banners Pick A Punch. Slide one short edge of the orange and black striped designer paper strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go and get it centered. Punch. Repeat with the other end. Leave the punch unlocked.
Slide one short edge of the white strip into the right side of the punch (the side of the punch with the inward notched top) as far as it will go and get it centered. Punch. Repeat with the other end.
Adhere the punched orange and black designer paper strip to the front of the card so it is centered side to side and covers the bottom of the matted puffin square.
Mount the "To someone who makes others happy" sentiment from the Party Puffins Set on Block G. Ink it up with the Pumpkin Pie Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the punched white strip.
Adhere the stamped and punched white strip to the center of the punched designer paper strip.
Mount the small gift wrapped fish image from the Party Puffins Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Memento Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the white scrap.
Put the stamped fish on some Grid Paper to protect your work surface. You need to make sure that you protect your work surface with paper as the Stampin' Blends Markers do bleed through.
Use the Light Night Of Navy Stampin' Blends to color in the fish.
Use the Dark and Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Blends to color in the bow on the fish.
Use the Color Lifter Stampin' Blends to remove some of the color from the fish.
Use Paper Snips Scissors to cut out by hand the colored fish.
Use a Mini Stampin' Dimensional to adhere the cut out fish to the front of the card so it is centered over the puffin's crossed flippers.
Use the mini spatula on the Take Your Pick to carefully peel up two small Pumpkin Pie stars from the sheet of Cute Stars Adhesive-Backed Sequins making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to either end of the sentiment banner punch out.
