T his is another card achieved using the Painted Petals stamp set from the new Ocassions catalog from Stampin' Up! using the beautiful Blackberry Bliss card stock, one of my new favs!
Project Recipe
Cut Blackberry Bliss card stock to 5.5" x 8.5" and score at 4.25" to fold base card.
Emboss card front using the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and your Big Shot.
Cut Smokey Slate card stock to 3" x 3""
Cut Whisper White card stock to 2.75" x 2.75".
With Clear Block I, stamp a grid pattern on the Whisper White card stock with Smokey Slate ink and the lines stamp from the Painted Petals stamp set. Then, with Clear Block D, stamp the leaves using Pear Pizzaz ink at a slight angle over the grid and then with Clear Block C, stamp the flowers using Blackberry Bliss ink.
Adhere the stamped card stock to the Smokey Slate card stock using snail adhesive.
Adhere your square at an angle on your card front using snail adhesive.
Make a small bow with Blackberry Bliss Ribbon and adhere to the corner of your angled square using a Glue Dot.
On a piece of Whisper White scrap card stock, stamp the chosen sentiment in Blackberry Bliss ink, then punch it out using the Decorative Label punch.
Adhere the label to the bottom right on the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. Add a small Rhinestone on each point on the sides of your label.
