Project Recipe
Cardbase: Soft Sky 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".
Scored along the long side at 4 1/4".
Fold in half to create left fold opening.
Accent piece: Garden Green 4 1/4" x 2 1/4"
Pretty Paper: 4" x 2" ( you can get 18 pieces from each 12" x 12" piece of paper)
Greeting piece: Scrap pieces off Whisper White, Tangerine Tango, Crushed Curry, and Lemon Lime Twist.
Stamp the "Give Thanks" greeting onto a piece of Whisper White cardstock with Early Espresso ink. Slide the greeting down into the Everyday Label punch so the the accent stamping above the words is close to the punch.
Then slide the punched piece back into the punch and punch it again close to the bottom of the stamped image. This will make the greeting layer smaller than the actual punch size and will allow the color of the border piece to show better.
Punch out a piece from Tangerine Tango and one from Crushed Curry.
Using SNAIL adhere the greeting in the center of one of the accent pieces. Turn the other accent piece (shown the Crushed Curry piece) to be perpendicular to the main greeting. Adhere the pieces together using more SNAIL.
Stamp the leaf pattern using Garden Green ink onto Lemon Lime Twist paper. Punch out the leaf.
Attach the Leaf on the lower left corner of the greeting pieces with a Glue Dot.
Attach a piece of burlap ribbon to the back of the greeting pieces using Glue Dots . Trim the end as desired.
Center the pretty paper onto the Garden Green border. Attach with SNAIL.
Using SNAIL attach the combined piece about 1 1/2" to 2" down from the top of the card.
Using Stampin' Dimensionals attach the greeting accent to the lower right of the card front.
