T his easy fun fold card shows off both sides of this beautiful paper and features some fussy-cut birds!
Project Recipe
Card Base- Basic White: 4 1/4" x 9 3/4" scored at 5 1/2" and 6 1/2"
Mats- Copper Clay: 7/8" x 4 1/8", 3 1/8" x 4 1/8" and 1 1/8" x 4 1/8"
DSP- Nests of Winter: 4 3/4" x 4"
Circle Die Cut- Spotlight on Nature Dies
Die cut or Fussy cut Birds for focal point
Burnish score line (mountain fold) at 5 1/2"
Burnish score line (valley fold) at 6 1/2"
Add adhesive to the inside of the small panel created on the card base.
Close flap to create book fold.
Cut DSP, keeping the strips in order (left to right):
3/4" and then 3". This will leave you a strip of 1".
Adhere the first two strips to the coordinating mats. Flip the third strip over (optional) and adhere it to the third coordinating mat.
Adhere mats to the card base in order left to right.
Add circle die with Birds as focal point on the middle panel.
Add sentiment.
Embellish!
