H i Everyone! Mini Calendars make a great gift for teachers, co-workers, friends and family. Even with all our electronic calendars, sometimes it's nice just to have one on the desk or refrigerator.
Project Recipe
General Instructions for Calendar Top:
Since I did not have any Coaster Board, I found that using the thick cardboard on the back of a designer series paper pack works awesome and has a nice white smooth finish on the back. Cut to a 4"x 4" size. Decorate it with your favorite designer series paper and embellishments.
For mine, I used:
Sweet Soiree Specialty Designer Paper-2018 Occasions Catalog Item#145564
The “Note” piece is from the Sweet Soiree Memories & More Card Pack in the 2018 Sale-A-Brations Catalog Item# 147353
Cut out the matching flowers to the note piece out of the DSP and layered to add dimension
Berry burst Metallic Edge Ribbon (2018 Occasions) Item# 145489
Folds compact for mailing too!
General Instructions for Easel Base:
Score an 8" x 4" cardstock at 4" & 6". Adhere a 3-7/8'x 3-7/8" piece of Designer Paper to the 4x4 area. Flip over and add Tear n Tape to 2x4 section. Fold and add coaster board design to the 2x4 adhesive area.
Used a mini calendar I had ordered through Taylored Expressions. You can also find many PDFs on Pintrest to print your own calendars.
Post-It notes are very inexpensive and believe I even got mine at the dollar store.
