M asterfully Made papers can be used for a variety of cards. I used it for a wedding card. The pretty print and all the colors works when you don’t know the wedding theme.
Project Recipe
Card Base: Cut Basic Black 8 ½ X 11 paper in half widthwise. You now have two pieces 8 ½ X 5 ½ Fold one of the pieces in half lengthwise for your card front. The card front now measures 4 ¼ X 5 ½.
Card Mat: Cut Basic White paper 4 X 5 ¼.
Card Front: Cut Masterfully Made 3 ⅞ X 5 ⅛. Attach Masterfully Made card front to Basic White card mat. Emboss with Exposed Brick embossing folder. Attach embossed card front/card mat to the Basic Black card base.
Use Something Fancy dies to cut a Basic White label and Back Black mat for white label. Stamp sentiment from Layering Leaves stamp set with black ink.
Use the Textured Floral Dies to cut 4 floral pieces from Basic Vellum. Attach the four die cut vellum pieces to the back of the stamped white label. Attach the stamped white label to the black mat with Stampin Dimensionals. At both labels to the card front. Add 3 Adhesive Backed Sparkle Gems to the stamped white label.
Card Insert: For the inside of your card, cut a piece of Basic White 4 X 5 ¼. Cut a piece of print paper used on the front of your card ½ X 4. Attach to the top of the card insert. Stamp a sentiment from Lasting Joy with black ink before attaching this piece inside your card.
Envelope Flap: Cut print paper 2 ¼ X 6. Glue the print paper to the envelope flap and trim using the flap as a guide.
