T oday's card is a fun shaker card made using Stampin Up stamp and matching die set A Little Wild Bundle.
Project Recipe
Cut a piece of thick whisper white to 8.5 x 5.5
and score at 4.1/4 to create card the card base.
Cut a piece of whisper white to 4 x 5. 1/4 inch
and emboss using the Pinewood planks dynamic embossing folder.
Cut a circle using the largest of the stitched circle die
and stamp a branch across the top and the bee hive with some bees around it and colour them in.
(for the branch i used a stamp from Beautiful Bouquet stamp set but you may have another set with a branch you could use.
I also coloured using So Safron for the bees and hive and soft sky for the bee wings.)
Stamp colour and cut the little bear and lots more of the bees.
(I used the blender pen and Sahara sand to give the bear some shading)
Using the 2 largest Stitched Shape framelits, place one inside the other on a piece of whisper white card and run threw your cutting machine to create a frame.
Cut a piece of window sheet using the largest Stitched Shape framelits and stick to the bottom of the whisper white frame you just created, to form the top of your shaker.
take a strip of Foam adhesive and run it around the bottom of the frame so it is hidden my the frame.
(I find it easier to remove the backing to get it to bend around easier.)
Place the extra bees and a bit of glitter in the center of the stamped circle, then line up the frame top and stick down creating your shaker element.
take the I love you more than chocolate stamp and mask off chocolate using some tape and ink the stamp up, remove the tape and stamp on a piece of whisper white.
Then take the Hello Honey stamp and mask off the Hello using tape again this time stamp using your stamp-a-ma-jig to get it in the right place and cut into a rectangle.
Cut a piece of So Safron just larger than the sentiment and stick under so a small boarder shows around the edge.
Now using either tape or glue apply all the pieces starting with the embossed piece, then the shaker element in the top center and sentiment and in the bottom left, using Foam adhesive to stick the bear to the bottom right corner.
