Project Recipe
Score an 8 1/2" x 11" piece of Tranquil Tide Card Stock at 4 1/4" on long side.
Turn and score at 5 1/2".
Cut diagonally from corner to corner.
Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper (dsp) - 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Then cut it diagonally.
Adhere pieces to each folded front of card.
Ink up watercolor wash stamp from the Love What You Do stamp set, stamp off then spritz with water and stamp on water color paper. I was making two cards so you can see that I did it twice here using Smokey Slate Ink. I then dried with a heat gun,
Stamp the flowers on the dry watercolor paper in Versa Mark. Heat emboss using copper embossing powder. Using the smaller flower bunch, stamp twice on either side of main flower using Mint Macaron. Color in flowers with a water color brush or blender pen. Dry again with the heat tool.
Cut out the stamped image with the Layering Oval Framelits.
Cut out a slightly larger Scalloped Oval in desired color.
I used Blackberry Bliss and Grapefruit Grove here.
Glue Cooper Metallic Thread to the back of watercolor paper, leaving loops on either side of paper.
Glue ovals together.
Add pearls to base of flowers.
Adhere one side to one of the flaps on front of card.
Stamp a 5 3/8" x 4 1/8" piece of Whisper White Card Stock, with your sentiment.
Done! I hope you like these cards created with the Love What You Do Stamp Set.
