Cut another piece of this card stock to 4.25" x 2.75".
Cut Very Vanilla card stock 5.25" x 4".
Cut another piece 4" x 2.50".
Emboss the larger piece of Very Vanilla card stock with the Spring Flowers Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.
Cut a piece of Sahara Sand Lace Trim long enough to go down the side of the Very Vanilla embossed card stock and wrap around the back about an inch. Turn the lace so that the scalloped side is facing the outer edge of the card. Adhere using snail adhesive.
Cut a piece of Venetian Crochet Trim that is long enough to go down the side of the embossed Very Vanilla card stock and wrap around the back about an inch. Adhere in the same way as the previous step using snail adhesive with the scalloped side going toward the inside of the card and the straight edge tucked slightly under the Sahara Sand Lace Trim edge.
Stamp the Lotus Blossom on the smaller piece of Very Vanilla card stock using Hello Honey Classic Stampin' Pad. Start with the smallest image, then the larger image that is not solid, ensuring that you line up the arrows to help you match the images. Use the solid image stamp last. Ink this stamp and then stamp off first before stamping to give a shading effect on your flower. Stamp the stem using the solid stem image using Mossy Meadow Classic Stampin' Pad. Stamp the Happy Birthday sentiment from the Something To Say stamp set using Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pad.
Adhere the stamped Very Vanilla card stock to the Sahara Sand card stock using snail adhesive. Adhere to card front using Stampin' Dimensionals at all four corners.
Punch out a butterfly using the Elegant Butterfly punch and Sahara Sand card stock.
With Early Espresso Classic Stampin' Pad and a Stamping Sponge, color a Tea Lace Doily. Punch a butterfly out of the doily using the Elegant Butterfly punch.
Distress the edges of the Sahara Sand butterfly using the same ink and sponge.
Fold each butterfly image in half down the center. Adhere the lace butterfly to the Sahara Sand butterfly using a small line of Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Let dry.
Adhere three (3) tiny pearls down the center of the doily butterfly and adhere the layered butterfly to the card front using a Glue Dot.
