Project Recipe
Cut cardstock pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- 3-1/4" square from Whisper White Cardstock
- 3-1/4" square from Calypso Coral Cardstock
Pick out one of the Berry Burst cards from the Mixed Medallion Card Kit. Fold on all score lines. Make sure the Sahara Sand inside flap will fold down when opened.
Unlock the 2" Circle Punch. Slide the Calypso Coral square into the punch. Punch.
Fold the Berry Burst flaps of the card closed. Put a small piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the knob sticking out of the left side flap. Remove the protective backing and adhere the punched out circle to the center of the medallion formed when the flaps are closed.
Unlock the 1-3/4" Circle Punch. Slide the Whisper White square into the punch. Punch.
As you are ready to stamp on the white cardstock circle and envelope using the Lots of Lavender Set, place the cardstock circle or envelope on the Stampin' Pierce Mat. Using the mat will help you get a cleaner image each time you stamp. Be sure to protect the Mat from ink by putting a piece of Grid Paper on top of it.
Mount the rose and leaves spray image from the Lots of Lavender Set on Block B. Ink it up with the Basic Gray Archival Ink Pad. Stamp once on Grid Paper. WITHOUT re-inking, stamp it on the top of the punched out white circle as close to the edge as possible. Leave the stamp on the block.
Re-ink the stamp with the Basic Gray Archival Ink Pad. Stamp once on Grid Paper. WITHOUT re-inking, stamp it on the other side of the punched out white circle as close to the edge as possible. Leave the stamp on the block.
Re-ink the stamp again with the Basic Gray Archival Ink Pad. Stamp once on Grid Paper. WITHOUT re-inking, stamp it on the lower left corner of the front of the envelope.
Squeeze the lid of the Calypso Coral Ink Pad to get a pool of ink in the lid. Open the pad but leave the lid exposed. Use a Blender Pen to pick up some ink from the puddle in the lid and color in the roses in the center of the stamped images on the circle and envelope. Pick up more ink from the pad lid as needed. Remember to stroke the Blender Pen in one direction only. If you go back and forth, then the card stock could start to pill and tear. Scribble on Grid Paper to clean the tip of the Blender Pen until no more color is coming off.

Adhere the stamped and colored white circle to the center of the Calypso Coral circle on the card front. Make sure the sprays of roses and leaves are on the top and bottom of the circle.
Cut 2 pieces of the Berry Burst 3/8" Metallic-Edge Ribbon so that each piece is 1-1/2" long.
Fold one piece of ribbon in half horizontally so the fold is at the bottom. Use Paper Snips to cut at a sharp downward angle towards the fold on one end. Unfold the ribbon. You should have a notch in the end of the ribbon. Repeat with the other piece of ribbon.
Use a tiny piece of Tear & Tape Adhesive to adhere the flat edge of each piece of ribbon to the center of the stamped white circle on the card front. Make sure the ribbons are horizontal and stick out past the edge of the circles about 1/2".
Poke out a "Thank You" circle from the sheet of die cuts included in the Mixed Medallion Card Kit.
Adhere the sentiment circle die cut to the center of the circles on the card front so it covers the ends of the ribbons.
Carefully peel up 8 large rhinestones from the sheet of Rhinestone Basic Jewels making sure that you get the adhesive backings as well. Adhere them to the dots at the tips of the medallion printed on the center of the card front.
