Cut card stock and glimmer paper pieces to the following sizes using a Stampin' Trimmer:
- card from Bermuda Bay Card Stock at 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" and scored at 4-1/4"
- 4" x 5-1/4" from Pool Party Card Stock
- 1" x 4" from Whisper White Card Stock
- 2" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Card Stock
- 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" from Whisper White Card Stock
- 1-1/4" x 1-1/2" from Whisper White Card Stock
- 2 other scraps of Whisper White Card Stock
- 1" x 2-1/2" of Bermuda Bay Glimmer Paper from 6" x 6" Glimmer Paper Assortment Pack
Adhere the large Pool Party rectangle to the front of the Bermuda Bay card.
Mount the small swirly cloud image from the Lift Me Up Set on Block A. Ink it up with the Smoky Slate Ink Pad. Stamp it on one of the scraps of white card stock.
Mount the small dark-bottomed cloud image on Block A. Ink it up with the Smoky Slate Ink Pad. Stamp it on the other scrap of white card stock.
Mount the larger dark-bottomed cloud on Block B. Ink it up with the Smoky Slate Ink Pad. Stamp it on the 1-1/4" x 1-1/2" piece of white card stock.
Pick out all 4 of the cloud framelits from the Up & Away Thinlits. Place the stamped cloud images and the 1-1/4" x 2-1/2" piece of white card stock on the Cutting Pad on top of your Magnetic Platform on your Big Shot. Place the 2 small and one medium cloud framelits on top of the stamped cloud images so they are centered in the framelits. Place the large cloud framelit on the blank white card stock piece. Place the other Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Use the Clear Wink of Stella Glitter Brush to paint all over the large white cloud and make it shimmery.
Mount the large hot air balloon image from the Lift Me Up Set on Block D. Ink it up with the Bermuda Bay Ink Pad. Stamp it in the center of the 2" x 2-1/2" white rectangle.
Pick out the larger solid hot air balloon framelit from the Up & Away Thinlits. Place the stamped white rectangle on the Cutting Pad on top of your Magnetic Platform on your Big Shot. Place the hot air balloon framelit on top of the stamped balloon image. Place the other Cutting Pad on top and run through the Big Shot.
Use the Watermelon Wonder Marker to color in some of the panels on the balloon image. Color in the basket with the Smoky Slate Marker. Color in the remaining panels with the Pool Party Marker.
Open the Banner Triple Punch and slide one end of the 1" x 4" white strip into the punch. Punch. Slide the other end in and punch again.
Mount the sentiment of choice from the Lift Me Up Set on Block H. Use the brush tip of the Smoky Slate Marker to ink up most of the words (the smaller ones). Use the brush tip of the Bermuda Bay Marker to ink up the larger word or words. Breathe on the stamp to make sure the ink is moist. Stamp in the center of the punched white banner.
Slide one end of the 1" x 2-1/2" strip of glimmer paper into the punch. Punch. Slide the other end in and punch again.
Cut the punched glimmer paper banner in half down the middle.
Put strips of Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the stamped white banner near the ends. Remove the adhesive backings and adhere the punched glimmer paper pieces to the ends so about 1/4" of glimmer paper sticks out on either side.
Put Stampin' Dimensionals on the back of the balloon image behind the balloon portion only. Remove the protective backings and adhere the balloon to the top right corner of the card front at a slight angle.
Use SNAIL to adhere the medium cloud to the card front so it sticks out from behind the balloon to the left.
Put Tear & Tape Adhesive on the back of the glimmer paper/white banner. Remove the protective backing and adhere the banner to the card front so the basket of the balloon overlaps it on the right side.
Put Dimensionals on the back of the large cloud. Adhere it to the bottom left of the card front.
Use a small dot of Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the dark-bottomed small cloud to the card front so it peeks out from behind the large cloud on the rights side.
Use a small dot of Fine-Tip Glue Pen to adhere the other small cloud to the lower right corner of the card front.
