I found another demo to follow. Martin Stone I used his card for creating this card. Martin is on the Artisan Design team for 2021. I can't wait to see more from him.
Project Recipe
Fold your crumb cake card base in half 8 1/2 x 5 1/2.
Before you add the inside white pice you can practice with your blending brush on the back.
If you like this look use it for the inside. Attach to the inside of the card.
Take your White CS that is 5 1/4 x 4 and starting with Flirty Flamingo at the bottom use your Blending Brush to add color. Then do Melon Mambo and finally Real Red at the top.
You can go back over with your lightest color here Flamingo to even out the transition.
Once done trim your CS to 5 x 3 3/4. I did this after the blending to get rid of the edge look.
ALWAYS START YOUR COLOR OFF ON SCRATCH PAPER!
LET DRY- USE THE HEAT TOOL-
USE THE EMBOSSING BUDDY
Stamp random hearts in VersaMark and emboss with gold powder.
Then add your water spots with a water painter.
You can choose your hear either "You had me at hello" or "Happy Valentines Day"
Stamp with VersaMark and emboss with gold, HVD you can punch out with the heart punch. You can also back with a piece of foil paper punched out. If you wish. Here is a card by another demo as an example.
Use your gold foil and the mini heart dies to create the border. You can use the inside hearts on the front of your card- or if you must confetti for the inside.
The epoxy hearts are retired but they worked great for this project you can also add gold bling sequins etc.
