B ig Shot project - Interlocking Hearts from the Hearts Collection Framelits
Project Recipe
Using the Simply Scored Scoring Tool, score the 5.5" x 8.5" Basic Black cardstock at the 2-1/8" marker. Turn the cardstock 180 degrees and score again at the 2-1/8" marker.
Using the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine and the Happy Heart Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, texture emboss the 4" x 5.25" Whisper White cardstock.
Using the Stampin' Trimmer, cut the heart textured Whisper White cardstock in half (2").
Adhere the 2 pieces Heart textured cardstock to each side of the Basic Black gate fold front using Multipurpose Glue or adhesive of your choice.
Using the Big Shot Die Cutting Machine and the Hearts Collection Framelits, cut out 2 hearts (at the same time one inside of the other) from the 4" x 4" Irresistably Yours Designer Series Paper.
Using a Sponge Dauber and Smoky Slate ink, rub ink all over the outer part of the die cut heart. (The raised glossy layers will resist the ink.) Repeat the process with Blushing Bride ink on the smaller heart.
Stamp a sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamp set on Blushing Bride cardstock with Smoky Slate ink and punch it out with the Word Window punch. Adhere to the bottom right front of card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Adhere the 4" x 5.25" Smoky Slate cardstock on the inside of the Basic Black card. Layering the 3.75" x 5" Whisper White cardstock on top of it.
Using the heart punch from the Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack, punch out a little heart from both Smoky Slate and Blushing Bride cardstock. Adhere them overlapping each other on the inside bottom left of the card.
Adhere the outer heart on the left side to the front o the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. (ONLY HALF!)
Adhere the inner heart on the left side to the front o the card using Stampin' Dimensionals. (ONLY HALF!)
The hearts will now be interlocking! Cool right?
