Project Recipe
Cut a piece of watercolour paper, 5x3 3/4.
Wet the watercolour paper with an aqua painter (or paint brush).
Squish the ink pads so that the ink is in the lid. The ink colours I used are Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Rich Razzleberry.
Using the ink from the lid, paint a little bit of that colour onto the wet watercolour paper. Let the colour slide around and mix.
Dry the paper with a heat tool or hair dryer.
Stamp the three wise men with Memento ink, onto the lower left hand corner of the coloured watercolour paper.
Colour them in with a Dark Smoky Slate Stampin' Blend Marker to make it look like a silhouette.
On a scrap piece of Very Vanilla cardstock, stamp the star, using Memento Ink.
Colour the star in with a Light Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blend Marker. I outlined the lines with a Light Mango Melody Stampin' Blend Marker.
Cut out the star. Put dimensionals on the back and glue it to the top right hand corner of the coloured watercolour paper
Cut a piece of Basic Black, 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, folding it in half to make the card base.
Cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock, 4 x 5 1/4.
Adhere this to the inside of the card for writing on.
Cut a piece of basic gray, 4 x 5 1/4.
Adhere this to the basic black card base.
Glue the water colour paper onto the Basic Gray layer.
Feel free to stamp a saying on the inside of the card.
