Project Recipe
Use a Sweet Thoughts Memories & More Card for card base.
Gently deconstruct a Sweet Thoughts Memories & More Envelope. Trim the torn and curved edges from the envelope creating a rectangle.
Cut a 6" x 4" piece and a 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" piece from the deconstructed envelope. Wrap a length of ribbon around the 6" x 4" piece, then adhere it to the card front using Stampin' Seal. Adhere the 3-1/2" x 3-1/2" piece of deconstructed envelope to the left-hand side of the card front as shown in the photo. Finally, tie the ribbon into a bow on the right-hand side of the card front, as demonstrated in the photo.
Ink up the cake image from the Hooray for Surprises with Calypso Coral ink, then stamp off twice. Next, stamp the image in the center of a 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic White cardstock. For the sentiment, stamp "Hope your Birthday is Wonderful" over the cake using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.
Using a die-cutting machine, cut the large circle with the pull-tab die from the Hooray for Surprises Dies onto another 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" piece of Basic White cardstock. Stamp the "pull" sentiment onto the tab using Basic Gray ink. Apply Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue around the edges of the die-cut and adhere it to the previously stamped square.
Adhere stamped squares to card front as shown in photo.
Stamp a large flower image from the Hooray for Surprises stamp set onto a 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" piece of Basic White cardstock using Petal Pink ink. Then, cut out the image with a die from the Hooray for Surprises die set using a die-cutting machine.
Next, cut two medium flowers from Calypso Coral cardstock and two leaf stems from Lost Lagoon cardstock using dies from the Hooray for Surprises set and a die-cutting machine.
Stamp the "Make a Wish" sentiment onto a scrap of Basic White cardstock and fussy cut the sentiment out. Adhere the sentiment and die-cuts to the card front as shown in the photo using Multi-Purpose Liquid Glue and Stampin' Dimensionals.
Finally, add gems to the card front as shown to complete the design.
